Came across these and thought it was a really good idea. I have similar cards for at home workouts that I use with clients to make lesions a little more fun. These weren’t as expected and were in my opinion costly for what they are. I returned them immediately. Sorry, would not recommend and would not buy again. They did arrive quickly and were nicely packaged so that was a plus.

Ok so I've used these cards for a week now being a beginner the cards are handy to move to any part of a room on the floor on the bed etc. I can spend time to perfect one pose. The cards are just a little bit bigger than a deck of cards good quality. My only gripe about them is, it does not specify how long to hold a pose or repetitions and being a beginner you are kind of lost. I group them in order floor exercises and standing exercises not sure the reasoning behind them being suited like a deck of cards doesn't mean anything numbering in order so theres a good flow is helpful. But very hap hazard the lay out. Just lay them out the way you want to use them. I really think they could have been double sided to accommodate more exercises instead of blank on one side. Overall they are ok but not the whole package.

These cards are lovely....easy to follow, bright and colourful, great for just home practice....I chose 10 cards ( different 10 each day ) and sort the ten into standing, balancing sitting and so on....great for working outdoors or inside...

I am absolutely loving your exercise cards! I have done my first yoga session with them today, and I had a grand time. Thank you so much for creating these, they are making exercise fun, and easy to learn!

Wonderful gift for under $30 - Stack 52 are the best on the market. I have been using them for years to keep fit. Love the thought and attention to detail that was put into the product, the beautiful illustrations, packaging etc. Recommended!

These are large thick cards. Good quality. This is a quick easy way to do yoga, especially for newbies, without having to download an app, go to a class, or spend a bunch of time researching it. My husband, who is tense and not flexible, has been doing the routines with me. He says he felt a difference right away. It's nice that the cards are colour coded to easily pick a specific level of difficulty. Each card has basic instructions, which are typically enough, but there is a QR code on them as well for a short youtube video. NOTE: we have found that some of the QR codes can be glitchy and have taken us to the wrong pose video. Overall I would recommend this.
