Promise Eau De Parfum Spray, 100ml Fine Fragrance from an Approved Stockist

This perfume has been out since about 2019 aprox, but it’s new to me. I discovered it a few weeks ago as I was recommending it. I was utterly stunned that it was a Jennifer Lopez perfume!! This perfume deserves to be up there with the greats and the most famous expensive perfumes. To me it’s the epitome of femininity. This perfume is so light, fresh, delicate, gentle floral scent, it’s not too sweet and it’s not clawing. It’s incredibly sophisticated, it’s refreshing with class and elegance, a warmth like gentle summer breeze, and it has a timeless quality which is so wonderful and rare. Some perfumes go out of fashion, I can’t see this happening to this perfume! I sincerely hope this perfume is never retired because of its timeless beauty. It’s a perfume I want permanently in my amazing perfume collection. I have over 50 bottles currently, I’ve been a massive perfume collector since in my teenage years as my mother had amazing collections of perfumes too and she was also in the cosmetics industry working for Max Factory and sister companies designing modern products. Perfumes are so amazing 🤩. They have any amazing ability to affect the psyche. They can uplift your mood, to help you feel more confident, more alive, alert, happier, feel more positive, feminine or feel more like yourself. They can make you feel more sensual, more sensitive, more successful, they can positively affect how other people feel around you too. I grew up in the 1980’s where perfumes were worn as a power statement, they announced you as you started to walk through a room, and remain in the room once you left! They can also be very seductive too. Perfume basically rounds off a woman’s full appearance, from her smart or elegant clothes, her hair done beautifully, her makeup done smartly, perfume wraps up your whole look and style. To me it says self confidence as a woman and I hope this makes others feel similar. I have had men stop me to ask what perfume I was wearing because they had to buy it for their wife/girlfriend, so this shows the effect perfume has on others. I want it to leave behind a sense of positivity of myself to others. When I was in the British Military I wore perfume on duty as it made me feel smartly turned out, and super confident and positively assertive! Today I wear perfume just for me, it’s also used as part of my mindfulness and gratitude routine, it enables me to cope in difficult times and situations, it helps me feel awake during the day and it gives me comfort and reassure. I will also wear it if I’ve had a bath and wearing my PJS as it gives me a hug in a bottle, which this particular perfume does. Some perfumes help me sleep if I feel safe, warmth and cocooned. If you have problems with your skin changing the smell of perfume, don’t spray any perfume on your skin, spray it in your hair, then your chemicals in your skin won’t affect the perfume, and you will get the same scent that’s in the bottle. Also when spraying perfume on your wrists, never rub your wrists together as that can ‘crush’ the scent, let it gently evaporate naturally to get the best result of the perfume. The other important part of this perfume is how long it lasts. As its proper perfume rather than an EDT, this perfume has an amazing longevity. I will spray this on me in the morning and I can still smell it in the evening. The next day when I’m gathering my clothes for the wash, this perfume is still there smelling just as wonderful 🤩!! So if you put it on for an evening out, you won’t need to reapply it a few hours later, so it’s really economical that way! I’m a massive collector of perfumes and this is up there with my all time favourites and my most expensive! Don’t let the low price tag make you think negatively about this beauty perfume, it’s worth every penny and more! What I love about this perfume is its timeless beauty, so you can gift this to any woman at any age and she will love it ♥️. There aren’t many perfumes I would class in this category. The other amazing factor is the price tag particularly!! This gift set had my jaw on the floor!! This particular gift set has a 50 mls bottle of EDP not EDT which is so fantastic PLUS a 10 mls mini EDP bottle AND a 75 mls of matching body lotion too, all in a beautiful and useful metallic gift box, (no plastics have been used to contain or wrap this set, so no plastics in landfill.) The reason I’m so thrilled is all of these items are cheaper than buying just the 50 mls EDP on its own on the high street, online and on Amazon!! I was absolutely stunned, 😳 so I immediately bought a second box to gift to my 36 yr old daughter for her birthday as she collects perfumes ♥️. What an amazing gift and I’m also thinking about buying another box for my mother’s birthday who collects perfumes too. As there is so much in this collection that’s cheaper than buy the same size EDP bottle on it’s own, it’s the gift that keeps on giving!! ♥️👏🥰 So for a boyfriend/husband’s/partner’s/friend, if you are thinking about gifting perfume, you just can’t go wrong with this AMAZING 🤩 perfume set. I rarely rave about a perfume but this is definitely a 10/10. I really hope you will love it and it will become your new favourite!

This perfume is absolutely beautiful. The scent is elegant, feminine and very addictive. Every time I wear it I get compliments and people ask what perfume I’m using. It smells luxurious and much more expensive than it actually is. The fragrance is warm, soft and very classy, perfect for both everyday wear and special occasions. I genuinely love this perfume and it has quickly become one of my favourites. If you like elegant and long-lasting fragrances, this one is definitely worth buying.

It has moderate projection and moderate longevity, usually lasting around 5–7 hours on the skin, which makes it noticeable but not overwhelming. Overall, Promise is a perfect fragrance for someone who enjoys a soft yet elegant perfume. It feels modern, versatile, and easy to wear for both day and evening.

Bought Jennifer Lopez’s Promise perfume for my girlfriend because I figured, “Who better to trust with fragrance than J.Lo?” I mean, if anyone knows how to make a room stop and stare, it’s her. I didn’t sniff it beforehand (classic move), so when she opened it, I was nervously watching her face like I’d just handed her a live grenade. But good news — she loved it. She spritzed it, smiled, and said, “Ooh, nice.” That’s girlfriend-speak for “You’ve done well, peasant.” Now, every time she walks past, the air smells like she’s about to headline a concert or break up with someone in a music video. It’s floral, fresh, and a little fancy — like confidence in a bottle. She’s even started doing that slow-motion hair flip thing when she wears it. We’re both confused, but we’re rolling with it. As for me? I get all the credit without having to know what bergamot or cashmere wood actually is. It just smells great, she loves it, and I feel like I won the boyfriend Olympics. Would I buy it again? Absolutely. Especially if it means I get to keep pretending I have a clue when it comes to perfumes. Thanks, J.Lo — we owe you one.
