Are these good for strat single coil?

Essentially, you can use any capacitor for any pickup. But, some go by a rule of thumb that a .022uF is used more with humbuckers, and .047uF is used more for single coils. Personally I like the .047uF with singles (especially the bridge position) because the .047uF caps will bleed off more of the highs to give you a darker tone. Ultimately, I would suggest experimenting with different capacitor values to find what YOU like. After all, it really comes down to personal taste. If you do a search on YouTube or Google you can find a vast amount of technical information regarding the subject. I hope I have been of some help. Good luck!

If I buy a pre-wire harness are these already installed and soldered?

I'm not sure I understand your question. This is an ad for a stand alone pair of capacitors. You can probably find a wiring harness that uses Orange Drop capacitors, but this is not the place.
