I’m very happy with these Valuetoner 61XL black ink cartridges. The print quality is just as good as the original brand, sharp, dark, and clean with no issues. My printer recognized it right away without any error messages. They’re very affordable, especially getting two cartridges in one pack. Great value for the price. I would definitely buy them again.

perfect compatibility but less life than expected. I typically get 4 months on a 61XL cartridge; replacing first from this box after two. Printer showed toner low but not out, but it basically died. Swapped in the second from the box; working great; lets see how long it lasts

Neither cartridge in this 2-pack would work on my HP Envy 5530 printer. Installation of each one resulted in a printer error stating that the cartridge was not compatible and needed to be replaced. A total waste of my money. Other replacement cartridges from other manufacturers have worked just fine in the past. Update: In desperation, I phoned the company directly to ask if they had any suggestions on how to get the cartridges to work. A very helpful rep asked several questions and, after trying a few different things, he concluded the cartridges had a bad chip. Even though I had purchased the cartridges over five months ago, he offered to send me two new cartridges, which I received today. They both work perfectly! Kudos to a very polite, helpful rep who went out of his way to make things right.

I've had problems in the past with ink that my printer would not recognize. This ink arrived, I put it in my HP1512 printer and it printed without issue. The print quality seems good. Since I just got it I can't attest to number of pages it will give me, but so far I'm happy.

’m extremely disappointed with these black ink cartridges. They were delivered back in February, and I only recently needed to replace my old cartridge. When I opened the first one and installed it, my printer immediately indicated that the ink was low—which was surprising for a brand-new cartridge. I tried printing anyway, but the page came out completely blank. Thinking it might be a seating issue, I removed the cartridge and reinstalled it, but the problem didn’t improve. After multiple attempts, I gave up and opened a second cartridge, hoping the first was just defective. Unfortunately, the exact same issue happened again. The printer still showed low ink, and once again, nothing printed on the page. Now I’m left with two cartridges that appear to be completely empty right out of the package. This has been a frustrating experience, and I would not recommend this product based on my experience.

I tried another brand and the black cartridge didn't work for 2 orders. However I switched to Valuetoner Ink Cartridge and had success with the black cartridge.

Perfect fit with hp printer. Like genuin cartridges!!

This product is just as good as the famous brand name (I have always used) but this product is only half the cost. I will continue to by this instead.
