Good product, good value. I decided to raise my potassium levels so I have balanced Electrolytes in my body as I also take Magnesium, etc. I have high BP so this should help me a lot. I take 1 pill 3 x day with my meals. So far, no side effects after 2 months of use, well tolerated, and raised my potassium levels nicely. I noticed my BP normalized fast after use, so happy about that. Great for summer to raise electrolyte levels esp if you workout hard.Everyone is short of Potassium, so a good idea to take this daily. I don't feel as tired when my minerals are adequate. Recommend.

I always do a ton of research before I buy anything. Regardless of how many sites I have to look at. Which is a lot!! I need to find the best product for me and my needs. I also need to find the best price possible. I'll either buy it online or I'll get it from the store. This Potassium Gluconate supplement is the best one that I've found. It's 595mg, it's round, coated and easy to swallow. I have a very narrow esophagus. I need to have an EGD done every year to widen it. So that swallowing is much easier for me. I don't have any difficulty swallowing this pill. Which I take in the morning, with my prescription medication and my other vitamins. It's 595mg and the bottle says to take one a day. I take 2 of them. My potassium is always extremely low. Whenever my PCP does my blood work. Of course, I never get enough through the foods that I eat. There's 250 caplets in a bottle for $7.99. You can't beat the price!! Which why I bought 3. They contain no sugar, no preservatives, no gluten, no lactose, no fish, no artificial coloring, flavor or sweetener. In addition to other benefits. Which is why I chose them over many others. The expiration date on them is October of 2028. So I think my potassium is set and my levels should be elevated at my next yearly exam.
