SIZE - Outer Dimensions: 5.1 × 7.25 × 3.4 inches (129 × 184 × 86mm) - Inner Dimensions (pre-scored area): 3.6 × 5.6 × 3.1 inches (91 × 143 × 78mm) - Cube dimensions: 0.5 × 0.5 × 0.5 inch (13 × 13 × 13mm) - Designed to fit WDCRFT B1-Series stash boxes. Can be used with or without removable box divider. - One foam insert fills one-half of the box. Buy 2 inserts to fill the entire box. FEATURES - 6 layers of pre-cubed foam, 13mm thick - 1 layer of solid foam, 8mm thick - 462 cubes total (grid of 7 × 11 × 6 cubes) - Polyether foam - Density: 1.5lb per cubic foot (24kg per cubic meter) INSTRUCTIONS 1. DESIGN: Arrange all of your items on top of the pre-scored grid. Starting with the top layer, place toothpicks in the foam to mark the outline of each item. 2. REMOVE CUBES: Carefully and slowly remove the cubes to match your item’s shape. (For best results, separate the cubes by using a sharp razor blade.) 3. ADJUST DEPTH: Place your items into their cutouts to check for correct depth. For thicker items, you will need to remove cubes from multiple layers of foam. Work slowly, one layer at a time. 4. GLUE: After cubes are removed, glue all 7 layers of foam together with Original Gorilla Glue (sold separately). 5. INSTALL: Remove the divider from your WDCRFT stash box. Place the customized foam into the box, and replace the divider. Place your items into their designated areas.
