Nordic Ware Heritage Bundtlette Cake Pan, Metallic, Silver

Very well made and makes for spectacular individual cakes. Had no problem getting them out as long as you apply spray and flour before baking.

I've used this pan probably a dozen times now, and have had ZERO problems with unmolding the "cakelettes." I just spray with coconut oil, and that's it. No flouring necessary. I'm not sure why people are having trouble unmolding - but it happens so quickly that I have to put the cooling rack on top of the pan, then flip it. Otherwise they just fly out of the pan. I've used it with gluten free recipes as well as regular wheat flour, and both work equally well. I also have the full-size version of this pan, and it's amazing. Never had a sticking issue with it, either - or any of my Nordic Ware pans, actually. With my previous bundt pan, I've "lost" numerous cakes when they've broken in half upon unmolding (using the same recipes). Great design that gets a lot of attention. Nice, even baking since the pan is VERY thick and heavy. Highly recommended. Wish I had two or three!

Nordic Ware Heritage Bundtlette Cake Pan, Metallic When I first caught a glimpse of the cover of Better Homes and Gardens 100 Pumpkin Recipes magazine, it was all over but the ordering. This pan is used for making the pumpkin goodies on that very cover. This pan performed far better than I expected, though an initial run is advised before promising sweets for friends and family, just in case. Due to fluctuations in recipes, it is sometimes difficult to gauge a first-time recipe, so you may be uncertain of the amount of batter. Too much, and you may end up with a pillow. Too little, and the cakes won't pick up the delicate swirls of this beautiful pan. I used Baker's Joy spray, which contains flour, to coat the pans prior to filling, and had absolutely no problem dumping out the little cakes after baking. Not one bit sticky. Clean-up should not be an issue. I simply filled the cups with warm, soapy water after baking, and then used a gentle brush to swish out any stubborn bits. My advice? Purchase two pans, so you can bake the entire batch at once. A great investment for extra-special memories. Oh, and don't forget to grab a few packages of Lock & Lock's HPL932. I love these. I have two other normal sized Bundt pans from Nordic Ware and always have a great result, so these mini ones were a perfect addition to my collection. They have the same great quality I expected from the brand. Some reviews mention sticking, but the silver version has a different type of interior, which may be the issue. The silver versions of the Nordic Ware pans heat more evenly and always produce a good result for me. The gold versions I’ve tried tend to no brown the same all around and so the uneven cooking has caused breaks in cakes before. So if you are considering these, or any Nordic Ware, just keep that in mind if you are choosing between the silver vs gold. Hey have different interior coating and qualities.

I bought this pan to match the full bundt pan I use for pound cake. I decided to use it for apple bread on my first trial. They turned out SO CUTE! They weren't dry, and came out nice and moist! They were definitely a hit with my clients at my salon! This is by far the cutest bundtlette pan I have ever seen! FYI... I use a baker's spray with flour and use a silicone brush to evenly cover the crevices. I am also going to buy the little cleaning brush for this pan by Nordic Ware. Because of the intricate design, it can be difficult to clean. I buy extra toothbrushes, so I used a really soft one to clean this pan. I think it will be much easier with that brush though, so that will be n my next order!!

Have the big ones, but this pan makes it fun and the ridges are so defined that glaze just loves to flow over it. Very special. I can see something gorgeous at Christmas trimed in Holly and Cranberries or raspberries for special deserts ... be creative and go wild. This is a fabulous Bundlette from Nordic Ware. Individual Red Velvet's anyone!

I bought this to make mini black Russian cakes for our new neighbors and they came out super cute.. the second batch anyway. I read some reviews saying they filled the 'cups' half way but for my particular recipe that didn't work. way too short. the big one in the picture was filled all the way to the top. it puffed over the pan but then shrunk down to the perfect size. It cut the cooking time by 30ish minutes too (compared to large bundt pan recipe)! Anyways, cleaning it was annoying. I should probably invest in a dish brush or something. All in all, super cute! My grandma wants this pan after seeing my little cakes. Highly recommend.

Sometimes I do dumb things. I made some chocolate-chip espresso bundtlettes. (This was not a dumb thing; this was actually a brilliant idea!) I made the cake batter, sprayed the pan with non-stick baking spray, and filled the cavities between 2/3 to 3/4 full. Seventeen minutes later, I pulled gorgeous little cakes out of the oven. Within five minutes, they tumbled effortlessly from my pan onto a cooling rack. I quickly and carefully washed the still warm pan to remove the residue from the cooking spray. With just a drop of dish soap, it came clean immediately with little effort. Setting it aside for a few minutes to cool and dry, I got busy making dinner. Then, I remembered that I still batter for a few more bundtlettes, so I quickly filled the cake pan and put it in the oven. In my rush, I forgot the nonstick spray. (That was the dumb thing.) I laughed it off saying that I guess I’ll see if the “nonstick” in the pans description was for real. Honestly, I’ve always ignored “nonstick” on any kind of baking pan because of course you’re always supposed to grease and flour or at least use baking spray. Seventeen minutes later, I pulled another round of perfect bundtlettes that tumbled just as easily at the first. Initially, I was just shocked that the nonstick feature of the pan even worked. But then… I saw the even more beautifully sharp edges of the swirls and the warmer golden hue of the cake. Not only did the “nonstick” work without any help, it produced a better bundtlette! Just wow! I’m going to test it again of one of my larger Nordic Ware pans too! The pictures show the bundtlettes after I glazed them. The bundtlettes on the left are from the first batch using nonstick baking spray; the cakes on right were even better using only the pan’s nonstick release. There is also a close up of the bundtlettes baked without the spray. Nordic Ware lives up to their well-deserved reputation for quality again with their Heritage Bundtlette Pan. The pan is as sturdy as all of their other pans. The contours of the swirled cakes are deep and defined. And amazingly, the nonstick is no joke! All in all, both the pan and the cakes that it produces are just beautiful.

Wie schon bei der großen Form kann ich mich hier nur wiederholen: Die Kuchen werden wirklich 1 A! Auch wenn man nicht so sorgfältig alles einfettet, es bleibt nichts haften und die sehen echt klasse aus, also ich bin begeistert.

Starting to collect Nordic Wares. Pan is heavy and well made. The one I received has some rough edges due to the silver paint coating - which I have smoothen with my cutting board sharpener. It is now smooth and flawless. Today I use the pan for the first time. Cakelets came out clean. No sticking at all. I make a paste of butter and flour, brush on every nook and corner. The cakelets turn out more dense the the 4 mini muffins I made out of the same batter. The muffins were light and fluffy but the cakelets are got closer crumbs. It could be that I spread out the batter to the sides to prevent doming. Try again next time.

All the Nordic Ware tins are made to an outstanding quality and I would highly recommend any of them to anyone looking to bake beautiful cakes. I have since purchased the Nutcracker men as well which are going to be brilliant for Christmas.
