Great product.
A bit pricey, but this Pastrami kit works great. It includes a brine, and a rub for smoking the brisket. The pastrami was a big hit at our Mens' Retreat.

Great kit. Wish instruction were easier to understand. Not very clear. My pastrami came out amazing. Brine 72 hours, sous vide 60+ hours at 135, smoke for 2 hours or internal temp of 165

Great flavor and moisture
Order arrived early. I have not use the product yet but I have a neighbor who has and the pastrami turned out awesome!

Would not recommend for first timer.
Brining mix contains far too much prague salt to use as directed (50% per), and far too little picking spices.

Turned out great
The brine worked, not sure on any real added flavors imparted to the meat I was only ablento pick up my dry rub spices after smoking. Brined for 10 days.
