I’ve always known magnesium is important, but in the past I found it hard to notice a meaningful day-to-day difference when supplementing. Amazing company that produces exceptional quality supplements in an industry where poor ingredients and flat out garbage are often endemic. This FORM crosses blood brain barrier, unlike others...and is expensive to produce. This company y is morally ethically cognizant, and produces only the best stuff that actually works in your body. An island of excellence in a swamp of mediocrity at best.

This is a good quality product that I take at night to help me relax. Also, I like the ‘other’ ingredients too as they are not junk.

This might be the only supplement I take where I can feel the difference within days, specifically how deeply I sleep. I feel more rested and dream better. I am really impressed with it. I only take 2 a night to make the bottle last longer. I wonder how well 3 would work! I take them right before bed.

For anxiety this works like a miracle! A friend recommended this brand for a bout of panic attacks I'd been having for a few weeks and it started working within 30 mins.! I've been taking prescriptions for years for this including anti depressants and klonopin for breakthrough panics. Then they (drs) stopped prescribing klonopin due to addiction problems and I don't like how anti depressants made me feel... this was terrifying (if you've ever had a true panic attack you'd know why) so I'd been trying every natural remedy with little or no success until this. Other types of magnesium did not work... only threonate. However this brand is very expensive. I have tried a less expensive brand and it seems to do the same thing for almost half the price (I think it was about $29?) Otherwise I would give this 5 stars.

I was diagnosed with Rheumatoid Arthritis approx 5 years ago and take magnesium for the muscle pain. I never miss a dose so I wondered how effective they were anyway, especially given the cost so I decided to allow them to run out and see what happens. I noticed the difference immediately, first day of missed dose my body was sore all around especially my arms. By the second day I was ordering 2 more bottles. Unfortunately, they did not have next day delivery so I had to suffer a few more days through the pain, but now I know how much effective they truly are and worth their price. They saved me from needing prescription pills and damaging my liver most likely.

I struggle with PMDD from my menstrual cycle, which is a more severe form of PMS. Because of this I experience extreme fatigue, depression, anxiety, irritability, and other debilitating symptoms before that time of the month. I read that magnesium is supposed to help somehow. I didn’t realize it until after my last cycle, but I never experienced any PMDD/PMS symptoms since adding this into my routine a little over a month ago - and I only take 2 instead of the recommended 3. It’s pricey, but for my energy and sanity it’s worth every penny.
