How thick are these, compared to a regular sheet of paper?

I'm trying to decide between these and the 1in counterparts. Which is better for a coupon organizer that has plastic holders for inserting paper tabs?

I like the larger ones as they provide more room for writing. You could easily cut the 2 inch tabs in half if you find they are too large

Do these stick to unfinished wood?

I wouldn't think so. It may stick to painted wood.
