Pyrex CORINGWARE-PYREX DEEP 9"X13"BKR W/LID, Plain

I got tired of covering my casreroles with foil only to get the cheese or sauce stuck to it. So I started looking for a deeper casserole dish and found these. I like to put many layers in my casseroles so they get kind of tall. These dishes give much more height to work with and i can still stay lower then the top edge of the casserole dish. I love these!

My wife was complaining because her lasagna pans were too small mall for the family gatherings we were involved in. The problem has been solved with this enormous pan, and the lasagna tastes great!

I got this to bring in meat from the grill. Normal depth dishes can’t use a cover for my family of four’s food. This dish is deep enough that I can transfer our steaks or chicken from the grill, cover it, and keep it clean and warm until I take it indoors. It also holds in the moisture, so there’s plenty of “au jus” to pour over our steaks. It’s Pyrex, so I am less worried about accidentally breaking it or leaving it too close to the grill. I DO NOT put it on the grill, but unlike plastic, if it touches the grill lid or side, it won’t melt. It does get hot just from putting in the food, so I usually carry it by the handles or put a hand towel under it to protect my hands.

Awesome product. I had bought one at WalMart for my daughter. There were none left when I went back to get myself one. I wanted it badly enough to order from Amazon even though it was significantly more expensive from WalMart.

Wanted a nice deep pan to make lasagna in and this one will be great. It arrived wrapped very well in bubble wrap. I really like that this pan also has a cover, saves using foil or plastic wrap.

I bought this for a recipe that was too short for my regular 9x13 pan. I needed it for Millionaires Spaghetti. (So delicious but not waist friendly). It’s a great size for something like lasagna also. It washes great by hand and/or in the dishwasher. If I make something the day before, I let it sit out an hour before putting in the oven. The cover is nice and secure. No issues with this!

This is the deep dish version of my 9" x 13" casserole dish, which had a lid. I love it. Now I can make bigger casseroles and a deep dish lasagna with this dish,.and use my smaller one for desserts. ++ for family gatherings. Highly recommend pyrex, always!!

None of my pans were deep enough for lasagna so ordered this one. It’s perfectly deep for that and love it comes with a lid so I don’t have to worry about covering up leftovers.

When I bought this big Pyrex dish, I thought it would only get used once in a while, but it’s so handy that we use it all the time. It’s great for taking to potlucks, baking or storing leftovers.
