Buy Copper Compression Gear Premium Fit Recovery Ankle Sleeve - 100% Guaranteed - Best Ankle Brace Support Sock Wrap Stabilizer for Men and Women (Large) on desertcart.com ✓ FREE SHIPPING on qualified orders Review: True story about a GREAT product! - My spouse and I absolutely love our Copper Compression Gear (CCG) ankle sleeves! Our CCG brand ankle sleeves are not only the most comfortable we've tried, they out perform any of those other brands without question. I purchased these ankle sleeves after my spouse sprained her ankle for the umpteenth time. We did the whole RICE routine (i.e. rest, ice, compression, elevation) and even added Epsom salt soaks due to the swelling and extreme nature of this particular ankle sprain. My spouse is a personal trainer and hates to feel limited by injury. As far as I am concerned, the CCG ankle sleeve made the biggest difference in her recovery time as she was pain free and back to work in less than two days. In fact, we just ran a 5 mile event this past weekend. I guess it's safe to say that her ankle is fully recovered and we both believe that the CCG made the biggest difference in reducing the pain and swelling thus expediting her recovery time. Review: It helped my son run again. And quickly! - I bought this for my 15 yrd old son. He is a swimmer who wanted to try cross-country running. With swimming being his main sport for several years, he had done very little impact sports. In his second week of cc training, he came down with painful ankle tendinitis. He iced, Adviled, rested and elevated for a week. His first attempt back running, he had to stop as the pain had not lessened during that week. I saw this and decided to get it for him. We received it on a Thursday evening, the same day that he had that first attempt back running. He put it on right away and kept it on all weekend, even while he slept. On Monday, he decided to try running again. He ran a few miles and felt great. He figured he would wake up on Tuesday with a lot of pain. He didn't. He woke up pain-free. He has been back running for a week now, with absolutely no recurrence of the tendinitis. He is still wearing the sleeve. I think he doesn't want to take it off. I don't know what more to say other than it seems to have worked for him!

I love this product but I bought a size to big :(
Hello, so I bought this because I rolled my ankle a few days ago. I've read all the other reviews and they were all great so I decided to buy it. It was worth it because just after a night of wearing it while i was asleep, I felt much better standing up and can move more freely. There is only one problem that I have. I measured my ankle and it landed in Large but when I received the sleeve, the large was actually a bit big. I don't feel as much compression as I actually want. I really want a size medium because I feel like that will help me more. But all in all, this product is wonderful and it really works. Since mine is a bit big, it might take much longer to heal then normal.

Bought for an ankle sprain and was hugely disappointed
Overall, if I'm being honest, this product isn't that great, and I would probably only give it one star if it wasn't for their great customer service and money back guarantee. I ordered the sleeve looking for a compression sleeve for an ankle sprain. When I received this item, it was clear it was not a compression sleeve nor did it offer any support for a sprained ankle. Despite using their size chart to determine the correct size, the sleeve wasn't tight at all and felt more like a sock with some holes in it. I knew not to expect it to support well after reading reviews, but compression sleeves typically support a little bit because they are usually thick and squeeze everything together. These sleeves do NOT do that - they are thin and somewhat loose. The claim they are 'compression' sleeves is completely false. After I wrote the company telling them their product was garbage, they sent me a free sleeve in a smaller size to try. I thought that was really great, but the new sleeve wasn't much better. It was a little tighter, but it was still very thin and didn't compress much or offer support. I can't say whether or not the copper in them does anything at all, but my ankle does seem to feel better when I wear the sleeve. The copper makes it so the sleeve does not stink and the light weight material breathes well despite the other problems I have with the thin material they are made of. The main issue I have with this sleeve, and the reason I will be returning this product, is that it has these terribly uncomfortable seams all over. The worst ones are around the heel cutout. Both the smaller and larger size I have just dig into the back and side of my heel and burn and hurt. I think, if the people who designed these knew anything about compression stockings or sleeves, they could have realized a bulky seam would irritate your skin and they would have designed these better. I also feel like these people know nothing about sprained ankles or they would have used a better, more compressing material that actually offers a little bit of support and compresses to reduce swelling in the tissues. Overall, I feel this product was poorly designed for a price point of $17. It could have been made so much better. I think it's pretty standard for these sleeves though as most of the sleeves on Amazon are made of thin material and have stupid heal cutouts on them. Having said that, I do feel this product is worth a try if you'd like to see what a copper sleeve does. This company has great customer service and a money back guarantee that makes it pretty risk free. Just expect that you'll have to wear the sleeve with something thin like a nylon stocking underneath because of the seams and then something over it like an ace bandage to support your injury. It can't be worn alone if you're still healing from an ankle injury and your ankle is weak and/or swollen still.

Absolute garbage. DO NOT BE FOOLED.
I got this because I turned my ankle and wanted the support it promised. I found out the material is so sheer it acts like a tourniquet. I own compression sicks with better more comfortable and durable fabric. I left it in a drawer and only brought it out because I had a tendon surgery on my ankle and thought why not? Well since I will most likely need to cut the damn thing off my foot I found out now what the younglings mean by FAaFO. It tore the moment I put it on and absolutely feels like it is doing nothing to help me. Garbage do not buy.

or one step at a time like as "OLD" person as my children would say
I purchased this sleeve following a two month stay at home and what seems to be a slow recovery period for my broken ankle and as my ankle continues to swell, I wanted something that would fit in my shoe with socks. I tell you this is a God-send. I use to go down the stairs backwards, on my rear, or one step at a time like as "OLD" person as my children would say. I have only had this for four days and there is a noticeable difference ~ I can go down the steps one foot in front of the other and there has been no swelling. In fact when I returned to work, I got compliments on how my limp subsided. This is a very thin sleeve and honestly, I doubted, it could do what it said. I love it, it has and I am both pleasantly surprise and thankful. I think I shall order another for my son that plays college basketball. Just like you need gauze, peroxide, bandages, and alcohol, you need this for "just in case". I absolutely love it and hope I won't wear it out wearing it all the time ~ I'm older and this is my first break. It came with a registration requirement and it was quick and easy.

Copper Compression Sleeves Prove Very Effective
I was very pleased with the quick delivery of Copper Compression sleeves in brand new condition. I have chronic joint and soft tissue pain from fibromyalgia and various injuries. Over the past couple weeks, I've tried the CC sleeves for knee, ankle, and elbow. When I put on each one, which I did on separate days, I was first surprised by the immediate feeling of improved energy and blood circulation. After a few hours of wear, I noticed that pain was greatly reduced. I can walk upstairs almost normally (instead of pulling myself up one step at a time), and can painlessly lift objects, which normally make me groan. The sleeves seem to reduce swelling somewhat, but it's the reduction in pain and improved movement that I love. I haven't worn them over a long enough time to know how long-lasting these effects are. Regardless, if I only feel pain reduction when I'm wearing the sleeves, that's good enough, especially for the price. I will be trying the gloves next. If only I could cover my whole body with them....

NO SUPPORT/COMPRESSION !
I normally write reviews; and at length. I will try to not be too long. I purchased for my fiance. I did measure as indicated so I had the correct size. BTW, I also read MANY reviews to the end as I value their opinions. After much searching, I decided to give this Copper Compression Gear a try. My fiance tried it on (I did as well). It fit well. However, it was not "snug" enough to feel "compressed," so to speak. Yes, it was nice and soft, doesn't take up much space in your shoe or sneaker - that is a plus. Also, you can wear with a sock; another plus. However, upon him wearing it for a couple of days in a row it did not give much, if any relief. His ankle did not feel "secure" as one should feel with an ankle brace like this. The copper that is supposed to be infused in this (whether this really works or not), didn't seem to help much, either. I always like to give items a few days or even a couple of weeks before even posting some sort of review. It may work well for some or even many. Without the added support that my fiance needed, what good is this item? For us, this didn't work. I would NOT recommend for the reasons I mentioned.
