It’s totally awesome!!!!! Suction is amazing :))) definitely worth the price point. The true test will be how things are handled when something goes awry, but as of now I’m thrilled! By far the best vacuum I’ve had yet

I have used Rainbow for years. My old 1970s model finally died. I bought an E series renewed. I was sooo excited, I had saved for a very long time to justify this purchase. The unit arrived and I could not wait to use it (I live on a farm and need to dust quite regularly). I turned it on and it was slow to start - then I felt of the suction or lack of suction. I was so upset! My cheapest vacuum canister, a Kenmore tiny vacuum has better suction. Also, the Rainbow unit smelled like little old lady perfume! Awful! Also, it was supposed to have 2 speeds - it barely had 1 speed (no suction). I tried to work with the seller and when they said that they were going to try and fix it, just send my $20 to return, I knew it was no one I wanted to work with! So thankfully, Amazon is taking it back and refunding my $1200! What a scam. This unit they sent needs to go in the trash. No, I dont want them to send a replacement or fix this pile! So sad that a seller would send this out as a Rainbow vacuum.

I have desperately wanted a rainbow vacuum for years but couldn’t get myself to bite the bullet and spend over $3K on a brand new one. For the past year I have been using the Prolux CTX Water filtration Vacuum and the Sirena in my three story house. Both of these machines are comparable to the Rainbow and I thought I’d give them a try. I like them (they work great) but they were just lacking that “quality” the rainbow presents itself with. Well I took the plunge and bought this “Renewed” Rainbow. I am satisfied with it but there are a few things to keep in mind when buying this product. It is not BRAND NEW; yes there will be dents, dings, and scratches. Mine came “cleaned”. I could tell the seller, GreatVacs cleaned it because you could still smell the sanitizer on it. However, there seemed to be a lot of scum in between the crevices of the powerhead, water basin, and hose that were overlooked. I had to give it a thorough wipe down after taking it out of the box. Kind of bummed I spent so much money on something that wasn’t the cleanliest but it didn’t take much time out of my day to do the job. Is this worth the $1200.00? That’s a tough question… Power and performance wise, this knocks my Sirena and Prolux out of the Ball Park! I could not believe how much dirt the “Used” Rainbow got out of my carpet that my Brand New Sirena and Prolux were missing. For a third of the price of a Brand new rainbow, I think it’s a nice option. Mine was missing the separator brush and nut remover which I am bummed about and it didn’t come with the extra belt. It also says that this is the newest version of the E2Black, but mine is a model year 2011 so it didn’t have the red indicator light, which to me is no biggie, but I just think it’s a little misleading. Another thing is the tools are definitely from a couple of machines. I received a black crevice tool, upholstery tool, but a brown colored dusting brush. They work fine so there’s no complaint and they were clean – just bugs my OCD a little. I am happy that GreatVacs stands behinds their products (I’ve dealt with them in the past) so having the reassurance that this USED product comes with a 5 year warranty through them puts my mind at ease for the price I paid. I know rainbows last FOREVER so I plan to keep this for a long time. So the real question, is it worth the price? I would say all in all for the performance yes. However with the condition I got the product in I would say it’s probably worth $500, BUT the warranty in itself is another added value. I think the warranty gives the extra price point to this product. I was debating on buying the same Rainbow off of eBay from a private seller, but it wouldn’t have the warranty, so that’s ultimately what made up my mind on this purchase. So far I’m happy with this product and I have been recommending this option to all of my friends who want a Rainbow. If you’re in the market for a quality, lasting machine, look no further, this is it!

Donde uses este aparato Rainbow, no hay suciedad, ni en el piso, ni en tu colchón, ni en tus muebles.... Es una maravilla yo lo uso desde hace 14 años y quise actualizar mi viejo modelo. Claro, yo tenía accesorios que este no traía, pero lo recomiendo.

This vacuum works better than a Kirby or anything you have ever seen. After using my dyson i used this and it makes it look like the rug was never previously cleaned. this is so worth the cost I have recommended them to everyone you will not be disappointed

We love our rainbow. The smell of the essential oils stay in the carpet for a clean refreshing smell. The suction power is incredible, we have dogs and we vacuum the dog beds. It’s great on the hair and we don’t have to go over it multiple times which was a huge selling point for us. Not super light weight but is easy to move around. Perfect for me and my family
