This deck is incredibly powerful and can consistently win by turn 5-6, with tons of protection. The basic goal is to protect yourself while you mill out your nent (putting their entire library into their graveyard so they lose the game)..
The protection: the deck features 4 copies each of Vantress Gargoyle, Wall of Lost Thoughts, and Merfolk Secretkeeper, each of which can stop early game aggression and each of which mills your nent! The deck also features powerful counterspells and bounce effects to protect you!.
The mill: 4 copies of drowned secrets will each mill 2 cards every time you cast a blue spell (and all your spells are blue). Thought Scour lets you mill and draw cards. Patient Rebuilding lets you mill 3 and draw a card each turn. Mind Sculpt lets you mill 7, Talent of the Telepath lets you mill 7 and steal your nent's spells, and Startled Awake lets you mill 13!.

This is a 60 card, mono blue mill deck. This deck is incredibly powerful and can consistently win by turn 5-6, with tons of protection. The deck is incredibly quick at doing this (and most of your protection spells mill your nent as well!) The deck also features 4 copies of Didn't Say Please to counter your nent's more pesky threats (and mill 3), and 3 copies of devastation tide to bounce all permanents if you get into a tough spot! This deck has been play tested and is remarkably strong, consistent, not to mention a ton of fun to play! A typical game could look something like this: Turn 1: Island, Venture Deeper (4 cards milled total, nent library at 49) Turn 2: Island, Drowned Secrets (4 cards milled total, nent library at 48) Turn 3: Island, Drowned Secrets, Thought Scour (12 cards milled total, nent library at 39) Turn 4: Island, Merfolk Secretkeeper, Wall of lost Thoughts, Thought Scour (34 cards milled total, opp. library at 16) Turn 5: Island, cast just about anything in your hand to finish out the game.
