UPDATED POST: I originally posted that taking one pill had no effect after two weeks. I have since taken two a day and have a more positive update. I dislike vendors that want immediate reviews. It can cover up deficiencies that only come from use. The new car always looks great the first week. This week I am at about the two month mark of two a day use. I went on a business trip the past few days and had about 7 pages of notes over 1 1/2 days. My writing style was back, I signed a few checks without struggling to write the amount. What had become a daily struggle to get through even two lines of notes before largely went away. During the two days I had only about 10 minutes where I had a slight relapse. I came home and showed my wife the notes. Her first response was a shrug until she realized the struggles to write just one line three months ago and my anxiety that I may never write without typing again. So, I have now upgraded from a 3 star "may work" to a 5 star "does work" for me. I just bought a three pack. This from someone who usually views supplements as a joke. After my return to normal note taking and handwriting, I now highly recommend it at the two a day level. ORIGINAL POST: I have taken this product for two weeks and still have my same issues with writing. Next step will be to increase from one to two a day because it is not clear from labeling if the intended dose is two and only a 30 day supply. I will hold off on whether I go to 5 as amazing miracle supplement or 1 as totally bogus. I would like to believe it works but from my experience thus far, people shouldn't expect immediate results.

I recently tried the Real Science Nutrition Tremanol – All Natural Essential Tremor Herbal Supplement, and while I see some potential benefits, I’m not entirely convinced. After using it for a few weeks, I’ve noticed a slight improvement in the severity of my hand tremors, but the results haven’t been as dramatic or consistent as I had hoped. The capsules are easy to take, and I appreciate that it’s made with natural ingredients, which is a big plus for me. However, I haven’t experienced the long-term relief or noticeable reduction in tremors that I was expecting from the product. It may work better for others who have a less severe tremor than mine, but I’ve found that it takes a bit longer to see any impact, and the effects don’t always seem to last. It's also critical that I take these pills on a full stomach as I experience nausea after taking them. Overall, I think this supplement has potential, but it may require more time or higher dosages for some people to experience the full benefits. I’m giving it 3 stars because while it has some positive aspects, it didn’t deliver the level of relief I was hoping for.

Did not ever know this would help with my Multiple Sclerosis, I have tremors a lot dealing with M.S. and this natural Supplement really helps with it. I'm so glad my friend found this for me.

I have pretty bad essential tremors in my voice and hands. I've been on Tremanol for over a year. It was helpful in controlling the tremors for awhile. People could understand me better and I could write a little easier. It by no means cures it though, it's just an aid for better control. A few months ago I found it wasn't helping as much, so I thought switching to another natural product and then going back to Tremanol would help. The new product has done nothing to help and the tremors actually are worse, but I've only been on it for 2 weeks. I feel this shows me that the Tremanol was working. I'm going to finish the new one, but I feel going back to Tremanol I will go back to seeing improvement. I did this with okay from my Neurologist.

I started taking this when my Rx for Propranolol (beta blocker) was reduced. The beta blocker was making my BP too low so my GP recommended I stop taking it. Tremanol really helps calm the essential tremor in my hands. I can't function without it. The tremor is so bad that it interferes with my activities of daily living. Tremanol doesn't completely stop the tremor, but it calms it down enough for me to function. There are no side effects like drowsiness or low BP. 10/10 recommend!

Reviews and product information made it sound like minimal to no side effects. After just over a week I had joint pain and swelling, diarrhea, and started feeling depressed. It actually seemed to aggravate my tremors (I realize it says you should take it for a while before there's impact on tremors, but can't deal with the side effects). I Have taken low dose propranolol, which worked, but after about 3 months it started giving me diarrhea. Did some searching and found this and thought I would give it a try. I was under the impression it could be returned and was guaranteed but when I tried, Amazon indicated it was not eligible. I am updating my review now because the merchant contacted me and immediately issued a full refund. The product may work well for some, just not for me. Very good customer service experience.

I am sitting here, tears of joy running down my face. I'm 66 years old and have had essential tremor since my mid-30s. Over the years, the tremor in my hands has gotten progressively worse but increased in intensity about 5 years ago. Writing, using a fork, and other simple tasks have been strenuous to the point of debilitating. I've been sad that what used to be beautiful cursive had become painfully arduous printing. Last week I began taking one Tremanol cap per day with no result. Yesterday I increased to two. I just sat down to write a check, and my writing is beautiful again. I am stunned! I have prayed for healing. This is truly a miracle. I read the mixed reviews for Tremanol, but I had to do something and wanted to try a natural supplement. This is no joke. If one cap doesn't work for you, don't give up until you try two--one with breakfast and one with lunch. Woohoo!!!! I only wish this had been around for my dad. My son has ET, and I can't wait to share this with him!
