Dr. Formulated Fitbiotic Probiotics Powder, 20 Packets

This product mixed fairly well in water and had no taste. The first time I drank the product caused elimination within 10 minutes. The second time there was no immediate response. I love the individual serving packaging for travel. I will never leave town without these to help keep regular.

Great Gut

I have used other probiotics and not really noticed a difference. Since this one is combined with some fiber I feel like my gut is quite happy when I take it regulary. I started taking it this summer, and I did notice I have been slimming down a bit. Turns out i’ve lost ~10 lbs. I don’t think it is only due to this because my meds, stress levels, and activity have all changed over the last year for the worse. It’s possible that i’ve just lost muscle mass since I haven’t been exercising as much. The reason I was interested in this specific probiotic was the possibility that it might help with weight management. So if anyone else was interested in that benefit I can only rate this a maybe. But for bowel movement & comfort this is 5 stars!

I appreciate that it combines probiotics with ingredients that support overall gut health instead of focusing on just one aspect. The capsules are easy to take, and I like that and tasteless. While everyone’s experience may be different, I found it to be a high-quality supplement that fits well into my daily routine.

I have found this product to work better than any other biotic product. I had a severe persistent explosive diarrhea problem that nothing else remedied. After 3 days I am comfortable and regular. I believe that the combination of prebiotic and probiotic that the doctor has chosen work symbiotically. I will no longer use any probiotic supplement without a combined prebiotic substrate for the probiotic to work with. I also think that the 14 strains of bacteria are important for long-term remedial action. I am a retired school teacher with a severe back injury that has required that I take lots of different pain remedies. The last one caused stomach upset and persistent explosive diarrhea. I like that the product comes in convenient packets, even though I have not had any reason to take them away from home.

I tried so hard to like this but I just can’t. The consistency is just strange. When it’s mixed with water or any juice it kind of globs together in gelatinous bubbles and you have to break it up with a spoon. It doesn’t have a flavor but it has a taste that i just can’t explain. I also tried it in peanut butter and some honey. It made the peanut butter ultra thick and chalky which I why I added the honey. At that point I just gave up. I never experienced a benefit from it.

I wish these also came in a pill but otherwise these are really good. It took a couple of boxes to notice, but my stomach and legs started getting smaller. My jeans had been getting tight around my waist and thighs. After sometime in the middle of the second box, my jeans were fitting better in those 2 areas. I didn't change diet or exercise. The only thing is that you will be a little constipated at first. I mixed it with yogurt in the morning.
