Gummies Sours 5 Lb. Bag

I love these, can't beat the price! I purchased the sour version and I've ordered them twice now and went through the 1st bag way too fast lol. The texture is really nice, I like that they're softer and not like a gummy bear, with lots of gelatin. These are actually vegan (gelatin free) which is awesome for a lot of ppl who want to avoid animal products. I don't get why some reviews are saying that the green tastes bad, it's the exact flavor of the original green apple Jolly Ranchers (but a little more sour), which do have a pretty strong, unique flavor! It's usually my least favorite of all the Jolly Rancher flavors to be honest but still worth eating! I always thought the original green apple tasted a bit too "fakey" if you know what I mean (and watermelon too now that I think about it) but I mean, it's candy people! You can't expect it to taste like it grew on a tree! Lol. So overall, I mostly likely will be buying these again and again (until I get sick of them or they stop selling them) because they are just SO good and also SO good on the wallet! Enjoy!

So as to not have this be a lengthy review I'll try to keep this short and sweet (excuse the pun). I've purchased the JOLLY RANCHER Sours Assorted Fruit Flavored Gummies Candy, 5 lb Bulk Bag a few times now (what..I have a sweet tooth..or teeth at this point) and I have yet to receive a bad batch/bag. Each of the different colored gummies have their own flavor and even though they have a sour punch added in you can still taste the difference between them. They have never arrived stuck together and there is different distinct shape for each color (not that the shape really matters here I just felt it was note worth). To bring this review to a close I also like to inform you that at the bottom of the bags I've gone through there wasn't a big pile of sugar/sour granules. This is great because it removes you having to ask.."how much of this weight was taken out of the actual weight of my order" meaning more gummies and less "waste". If you're looking for a great gummy sweet/sour combination then this is what you should buy. Yes, it is a lot but as long as the price stands sub $20 (and the quality remains the same) I'd say is worth a buy every time!!

I've purchased this before and received all of the flavors, this time it only had 3 flavors. I ended up giving it away.

The sourness is not in-your-face. Slightly less than Sour Patch Kids. It is very noticeable, but let's the flavor come through. The size of the candies vary by shape. Smaller kids might want to take two bites instead of popping the whole piece in their mouth. The gumminess was just right. Less chewy than a gummy bear, but more gummy than those sticky fruit-slice gummies that always seem wet even though they are individually wrapped. You won't likely be able to identify the flavors without knowing them first. But once you know, you realize they are duplicates of the jolly ranchers hard candies. So you'll get Jolly Rancher green apple, Jolly Rancher blue raspberry, etc. The candy arrived fresh and nothing was melted, despite being delivered in August in Florida heat.

Great taste! Perfect if you love sour gummies. And its always a plus to buy in bulk.

While the candy was fresh and is decent for a gummy candy they aren’t very sour at all. In fact the jolly rancher hard candies are much more sour. I was hoping for jolly rancher hard candy-like flavor and these just don’t have that. Sour patch kids are more of the level of sour I was looking for and to be honest these to me don’t taste sour at all but are just like normal gummy worm like candy with a sugar coating instead of a sour coating like sour patch kids. So while they were not what I was hoping for they are decent if you want a sweet very mildly sour candy.

Same taste and quality as the ones from the local big box store. They MIGHT not have been quite as fresh but it was almost indistinguishable from the normal packaging. Plenty of flavor powder on the candies and most importantly they were much cheaper. These candies are excellent and we all enjoy them. I’ll be buying this bigger bag again from now on. When they arrived in a clear bag, I was concerned they might be wrong or an off brand but they were great!
