This grip strength trainer works well for training your hands and forearms. It’s simple to use and small enough to carry anywhere. The grip feels comfortable, and the resistance is good for workouts. I’ve been using it regularly and it does the job. Overall, it’s a good and simple tool to improve grip strength. I don’t like the design though sine it doesn’t actually say how many lbs you’re doing .

Works great and the dial to increase tension does just that. Pretty nice to use during drives or when watching tv. Comes with a little booklet with different examples of ways to use it so that’s nice.

I love that you can adjust it to your level of resistants.
