Very comfortable, good quality love the shape it gives still snatched without rearranging my organs. It had three different adjustments I got a medium but im not ready for a small. I wear it for more than 5hrs and it feels good still doesn't hurt at all. Downside would be obviously the bra rolls because the fat gotta go somewhere lol .

It’s really good and comfortable… the only downside for me is that the zipper bulges thru my top… so it’s noticeable…

I wanted to write a review for those of you who might be experiencing the same thing. I have pretty severe diastasis recti from my last pregnancy. (For those of you who are unaware - my ab muscles never came back together and therefore my guts are kinda just hanging out there, held in only by a thin layer of fascia and my skin.) I have to have surgery to correct this, but am working on losing the rest of the baby weight first. This corset it AMAZING. My diastasis is worst above my belly button, so I look perpetually pregnant. Things like Spanx work well to smooth out loose skin, but they do nothing to suck my insides back in and give me a flat appearance. This thing does the trick! And even more important than appearance, it makes me feel supported - like I have a functional core again. I feel like I can pick my kids up without pain. I love the zipper and the fact I don't have a gazillion hooks. It looks very nice under clothes. It helps my posture. This was worth every penny and I will be purchasing a smaller size as my weight loss journey continues. I originally bought the large after measuring, but it was way too small. Since my waist is actually biggest where it is supposed to be the smallest, the extra large fits nicely. My waist varies about 5-6" throughout the day, depending on what I've eaten and drank. For reference I'm 180 lbs, 6'0'' and when I wake up in the morning my waist is about a 35", but by the end of the day it measures closer to 40".

Okay so I have mixed reviews about this product. The product is exactly as I expected as far as fit it is not too tight or is it too loose and it gives the perfect amount of compression I also like the fact that you can clip it before you zip it so it adds a certain level of security. I was wearing this product just about every single day with most outfits the only problem at the time that I saw was that it will push your back fat up and unless you're wearing a very good bro it will be noticeable in the back when you wear your shirts. However even with that car I looked past it because of compression was excellent until it started falling apart I mean literally this product became unraveled at the seams and it just kept getting worse. I mean even one of the steel buildings came out from the bottom and I had to pull it out the rest of the way because it was scraping the lower portion of my back. I don't know if I had a defective product or what however it's a shame because I really did like the way that I looked when I had it on. I gave it three stars and would have rated higher had the product not fell apart on me because it's actually very good for compression but I cannot give something 5 stars and it literally fell apart

When I saw this waist training I thought it looked gimmicky. I did not think it would change my waistline very much but decided to buy it and see for myself. It has enough resistance that putting it on was difficult at first. I almost zipped some skin the first try. After several uses it became mush easier to put on, stretching a small amount. It does push in on my bra-line although I have a long torso. I wear this to work 5 days a week. I have been doing this for 3 weeks. The first week I wore it several hours in the morning and took it off after lunch. I have a physical job where I bend, kneel, etc often. I have washed this item once because of heavy sweating the first week. Now week 3 a rib is beginning to poke through the latex at the bottom. Frankly, I think the rib started poking through due to me sitting at my desk and not while working in the field, I noticed it was bothering me while sitting for several days. I would like to think my tailor can do something to fix it but I had hoped it would hold up better since most women wear these for working out and daily use. One the positives it does a great job slimming my torso. At the end of the day my skin is so happy to be out of it though I have trouble wanting to put on my corset which I like to wear all evening. If I were wearing this just to look hot from time to time I may have given this 5 stars but since I expected daily use and long lasting performance I have given 3 stars. Update: What can I say I am fat and cheap so I thought I would give this product another shot... Well two. I purchases another black waist compression and a nude. The Nude arrived with one of the closures not sewn in place. I thought I would take it to the tailor and make due. The black was intact so I put it on and in doing to the stitching on a closure ripped free. Now I have two training to take to the tailor before I can wear them at all. I must be a total idiot to have bought any more of these!

I’ve bought this several times over the years. After a well it’s not as tight anymore. It’s comfortable as can be. I have a long torso but it fit good. Could have been a little longer. But it’s ok value for the money. It’s easy to use and not too bulky. It won’t show under outfits unless the material is thin.

I do not have much more words to qualify the quality and perfection of this waist trainer. It’s absolutely the truth and would encourage anyone looking out there for some good snatch to not miss out on this one!…Been using this as a postpartum tummy trainer and Everything about it is the truth!

Good. But I would like something longer that covers the entire abdomen from under breast to the start of the hip.

Good but couldn't use it because it was very small. I think you need to get an added size from your normal size

En lo personal el material me encantó solo q me deje guiar por una una reseña q decía q le quedó muy pequeña q asta se rompió así q me espante y me encargue la chica xq pensé q la extra chica no me quedaría ya q no soy flaca soy delgada de la cintura asia arriba pero para bajo soy algo ancha caderona mi sintura mide 69 CM y esperaba ponerme la en los broches premieros para después si bajaba ir moldeando más la cintura ir recorriendo asta el último pero no fue así desde el principio me quedo en el último en el más apretado se supone, la verdad aún así me quedo algo flojita esa es mi experiencia pero de ahí en más me encanta te da una muy buena movilidad y la voy a volver encargar pero en xs para q se den una idea mis caderas miden 110 y mi cintura 69 ... Espero y les sirva de algo mi experiencia xq si está muy padre y moldea super bien

I'm 5"7 and weights 167lbs and I ordered a medium. It's the perfect fit!!! It does everything that a waist trainer should and it's not uncomfortable. I'm able to wear it up to 7hrs and I'm already seeing a difference in just 1 day. I never write reviews but had to for this product. Get it girl, u won't regret it!!!
