Argan Oil has a distinct smell, which some people dislike. This particular oil definitely carries that smell, so I personally add a few drops of jasmine essential oil to make it smell lovely. You could add whatever you love! The oil itself is gorgeous. Just a few small drops goes a really long way. I have used another brand in the past, which was also OK, but I definitely prefer this brand. It's slightly heavier/denser so for me it goes further. Used almost every day x2 on my face and a couple of days a week on my body & hair, takes me through about 200mls a year!! I am post-menopause and my skin is far drier than before. This oil saves that being a problem. My facial skin care looks like olive oil & donkey milk soap to cleanse at night (both moisture locking and they leave my skin so soft) then three drops of this oil, rubbed into my hands and then lightly on my face. Repeat the oil in the morning for protection through the day. My skin has never felt or looked better!! I also use the oil on other parts of my body, particularly after a shower, and the film left on my hands gets smoothed into my wet hair - which now feels soft and shiny 🙂. I can't recommend this enough.

Well, I have to say, I wasn't prepared for the smell of this oil. I think it smells like a mixture of a strong Olive oil, and a farm yard. I actually Googled it, and yep, that is exactly what pure, natural cold pressed Argan oil smells like, so just be warned. However, once I got past the smell, the oil is so lovely to use, and you can mix it in the right quantities with nicer smelling essential oils if you wish. I mainly use it on the ends of my hair straight after washing it, and it has made my hair less frizzy, and beautifully shiny. I'm also happy to report, that once the oil has been worked into your hair, the smell dissipates. I have also mistakingly used the Argan oil to take my make-up off (I usually use Jojoba oil and picked up the wrong bottle) and it did a lovely job, and made my skin feel lovely and soft. The oil comes with a pump and a pipette, in a glass bottle, and was beautifully packaged. I'd buy this oil again, despite not being overly keen on the smell.

I hate to use terms like this, but this is a miracle oil! I’m 40+ and have had acne since the was in my teens, for which I am on medication which can be really drying on my skin. I am also getting fine lines and I have really sensitive skin. I was recommended to try a skin oil on a beauty forum and after a bit of research, decided on this one as it was relatively inexpensive (so if it didn’t work I could bin it without regret) but got good reviews. I started using it at night after moisturiser and noticed the difference within a couple of days! The skin on my face and hands felt so much nicer and softer, and no breakout! I then started putting a little on after moisturiser and before primer in the mornings too. The result is that my skin feels so much nicer; no longer tender from the medication, some hyperpigmentation from old spots has evened out and my fine lines are reduced! The oil itself is amazingly light with a nearly clear colour and soaks into the skin very quickly. There is a slight argon oil smell but honestly it’s not that strong and vanishes when you rub it in. It comes in a lovely glass bottle with a pipette and spray attachment, packaged in a nicely designed cardboard box. In all honesty I feel like this is an excellent product, and well worth the cost which is a lot less than other, less effective, products.

Had high expectations but not value for money. Not seen any difference from any other oil. Bought original argon oil from Morocco and I was expecting this oil be as good as it. It does absorbs quickly- that’s all!
