I ordered it based on a recommendation of my acupuncturist. I've been pregnant for months and recently started having muscle cramps during the night. I added this to my regular supplements and it immediately reduced the number of cramps' happening. I'm happy with this product and going to order if I finish the first bottle.

Love it. This is the first time I have actually purchased Calcium/Mag supplement and continued to take it faithfully. I am on my second bottle, and I take it nightly with no side effect. I’m a pharmacist so I look for specific attributes in a supplement, of which this one provides.

I have been using this magnesium for about 3 years. I like that it has the 1:1 ration of calcium to magnesium, as the two minerals work in conjunction. But this ratio does a better job of supplementing magnesium deficiency since most supplements come in a 2:1 ratio favoring calcium. I like the smaller dosage per pill, allowing to titrate up to your personal optimal level. All products I have received have been genuine Designs For Health with appropriate expiration dates and sealed packages. They always arrive in a timely manner and I feel the price is appropriate.

It is effective. Its stopped bone loss or at least slowed it way down. Sometimes a little calcium/magnesium ends up on the outside of the capsule,but doesn't affect the effectiveness of how it works.

After ten days, my sleep pattern is getting better. I take the calcium magnesium two hours before bed.

The product is good. The company who prepares the order and ships it is terrible. I’ve had nothing but delays and unavailable from them over the last year. Very disappointed.
