what is the number on this, is it 003?

Hi there! We appreciate your interest in our Rimmel Scandaleyes Mascara. Extreme Black is 003! We hope this helps, but please give our team a call at 1-800-715-4023 if you have further questions.

I ordered this and received waterproof. So unlike the pictured item, it has blue font and under ScandalEYES it says "Waterproof Mascara" not "Mascara." My wife loves the regular/non-waterproof (has used it for a couple years) and this is not it. Could be they just made a mistake with our order, but back it goes.

does this mascara smudge? I feel like I am plagued with mascaraed raccoon eyes... is this the answer?

It does not smudge. It does flake a little, but not enough for me to stop buying it. Definitely one of my favorite mascaras

Good

My favourite mascara for instant long and thick lashes, it makes me look like I have applied falsies, previous version of this mascara was more better
