I have tried everything including Omeprazole which just caused rebound acid and worse ulcers and colic. Smartpak ultra gut after one year of no results, I was done. I have tried five or six other products also. My horse would blow up, buck, pin his ears, threaten to bite and kick when being brushed or blanketed. After about a week on Equisure I could brush my horse with a metal curry comb and he was taking a nap he was so chill. At a clinic he used to neigh and rear and buck in his stall but after a month on this product he acted the same as at home. His coat is shiny, he is picking up weight, and his top line is much better. I highly recommend this product.

This is a miracle powder! My horse was having awful IBS issues to the point she was not able to even process hay or grass. A month on a pellet-only diet, plus this product, and some pre & probiotics, and she is finally back to hay! She really started to turn the corner just days after adding Equishure to her diet. She will now be on this for life! Also, this horse is an EXTREMELY picky eater and eats this with no complaints. I highly recommend this product for any horse with hindgut issues, along with closely working with your vet to pinpoint the problem.
