Ninja Professional Plus Kitchen System, 1400WP, Auto-iQ, Grey, BN801

I love my ninja purchase, I got the 2 cups the blender and the food processor and it came with the dough attachment to mix dough. I’ll update again when I try everything. I’ve used my food processor to dice cilantro and onion. Made it extremely fast and easy for me! The size was perfect. I made a raw beet juice drink in the blender, I was amazed at how fast it blended the beet! Its chopping performance is beyond average for sure. The noise isn’t as loud as my old blender, but of course there’s still a noise the lid had to be lined up with the arrows to go on and you hit the release button to take it off, it functions great because no juice comes out of the lid like what happened with my old blender. It’s a great value for your money. I only wish the blending attachments locked in place, but it doesn’t bother my that much in the food processor, really wish it locked in place for the blender but I can just use the little pour spout so overall I love it, I’ll update when I use the little blending cups, and dough attachment. Stay tuned and in the meantime, order yours you won’t regret it.

Works wonderfully ... does the job well. However, it is noisy. We'd buy it again. Recommended

Update #2 The replacement piece has been working fine for about 3 years now so I updated my review to 5 stars. Thanks again to the fine customer service at Ninja! UPDATE: I had a major problem two days ago as I was making plain peanut butter. About 20 seconds into the third 1-minute cycle (Pause in-between each) There was what sounded like a minor 'explosion' and the unit stopped. I unplugged the unit to take a closer look. There was a white milky-looking substance covering the bottom of the processor bowl and top of the base. I assume it was a lubricant. All four of the screws that attach the geared part at the bottom of the processor bowl had broken at the pieces they screw into. I had not expected the mixer to last forever but I had just purchased it in June, 2022 and have used the processor bowl about a half-dozen times, only to make nut butters. I just submitted for warranty replacement and will post results. So I just got off the phone with Shark Ninja and have to say, what great customer service! The motor/base unit has a one year warranty but my broken piece does not. I knew this but due to the quick breakdown I thought I would invest in phone call. Glad that I did. No hesitation at all...while I was on the phone they ordered the replacement part and sent me an email verifying it was being sent. I am as big a nut about good customer service as I am a quality product so I am 100% satisfied with my interaction with Shark Ninja's customer service department, though a bit disappointed that the processor broke after less than a year and very little use. ORIGINAL REVIEW FOLLOWS...It is not intuitive but it did not take me long to read/understand the instructions. I have made almond butter, pecan butter and just used the blender to puree some Goldenberry fruit for marmalade. Much nicer than the cheap typical blender that I had used over the years and though more expensive than a cheap blender it works effortlessly and as far as I am concerned, well worth the extra dollars.

very helfull, strong and easy of cleaning

This thing is awesome! I've been able test out all three attachments so I'll review them separately and provide a overall review.Blender cup:Easy to fill assemble and use. Easy to clean blades and cups. Blades are nice and tough they cut through frozen and fresh fruit and veggies like a hot knife through butter. I do have to reblend from time to time if the frozen items get a bit clumpy but this is not a fault in the device.Blender:Nice sharp blades that go through ice without a thought. Even and smooth blending.Food processor:Good size bowl 8 cups! I've used this to cut butter into flour for biscuits and it did a great job. I preferred the actual bladed insert over the dough blade for this though. I have also used the dough blade/setting for muffin batter and was a bit underwhelmed.The bladed insert had no trouble grinding beef chunks to a good textured ground. Went through carrots without care. Super sharp and the multiple levels of blade speed up the process. That said the lid needs a chute so you can add ingredients as you mix/blend/chop. I do find this a bit annoying to have to pop the lid off everytime I want to add more to the bowl. This was the most annoying when using the processor's dough function, you end up with flour everywhere if you don't give it a few taps and shakes as you remove the lid. If they sell or sold an additional lid with the chute I'll be ordering one.Overall:This machine is very well made and well thought out, most everything makes sense. Ninja thought about the consumer would actually use the appliance when preparing food. I do wish some that same thought had been applied to the process of cleaning and maintaining the different components. There are lots of nooks and crannies on the underside of the processor and blender attachments as well as the lids so hand washing is a must. The blades are also super sharp so that adds an extra bit of challenge.This is probably one of the louder small appliances I own but that doesn't bother me but it could be a con if you live in an apartment.I enjoy all of the preprogrammed settings they make sense and add some ease of use to the appliance as a whole. This thing is nice, it has replaced three appliances that I use regularly but had to store and lug out if I wanted to blend a single smoothie or a whole pitcher. The extra parts now sit it the cabinet where the blender and smoothie blender used to be. Now it's just a matter of changing the top attachment and not having to lug out a heavy small appliance when I want to make a certain thing.

Estamos tan contentos con este producto. Lo recibimos el 7 de diciembre y vaya que lo hemos usado. Los de batalla son los vasitos, pues los usamos a diario para licuados y son de lo más prácticos tanto para colocarlos en la base como para su lavado. Incluso creo que mezclan mejor que la licuadora con todo y sus super cuchillas. Sobre esta última, la hemos usado para hacer harinas (de almendra, avena y nuez) y funcionan de maravilla! Si se desea un producto más fino, solo hay que incrementar ligeramente el tiempo. No hay que incrementar mucho ya que hemos notado un ligero calentamiento en la base del motor. En general es mejor usar los tiempos programados para evitar esos calentamientos. Tanto los vasitos como la licuadora, los hemos usado para hacer smoothies con fruta congelada y quedan muy bien. El procesador con su función de dough y las aspas de plástico, lo hemos usado para hace masa madre, masa para hotcakes y mezclas para tortitas veganas y quedan muy bien incorporados todos los ingredientes. Tenía mis dudas con la función picar (chop) pero ha sido muy útil cuando quiero picar grandes cantidades de verduras.Un detalle a observar es que la descripción dice "Componentes incluidos: Base de motor de 1400 vatios pico" pero la base del motor dice 1200 W (como indica la foto). Quizás con "pico" se refiera a una máxima potencia que alcanza de manera ocasional. Pero creo que 1200 W está bastante bien. Da un poco de miedo con esa potencia y lo afilado que están las cuchillas, que por cierto hay que tener mucho cuidado por que se pude cortar uno muy fácilmente si no se tiene cuidado (nos pasó). Por fortuna tiene sistema de seguridad en las tapas, que cierran herméticamente durante su uso. Lo recomendable es siempre (como regla) sellar las tapas (en el caso de la licuadora y procesador) antes de colocarlas sobre la base. Nosotros NUNCA colocamos ingredientes cuando estas unidades están sobre la base y con la tapa abierta.Sobre el precio, me siento tan orgullosa de esta compra pues la hice cuando estaba en uno de los precios más bajos que registré durante algunas semanas. Estuve buscando las piezas de manera individual y en suma salían mucho más caras que en este paquete (más de $6,000). Lo que me preocupa es que este modelo ya está descontinuado en la página de Ninja y temo que no pueda encontrar refacciones o accesorios. Aunque por ahora no los requerimos en absoluto.

I bought it for Saudi Arabia but it the seller contacted me 7 days later to let me know that it comes with 110 voltage instead of 220 voltage and I should have a converter to make it work…it’s a shame I wasted one week instead of having this important information clearly mentioned on the product page!
