This is the Tapper (TM) Power Equipment model with NO filter. It can remove oil from a lawnmower with a few squeezes of the bulb. It transfers liquids uphill so its not limited to gravity feed. Comes with semi rigid access line to get into narrow and tight spaces. Empties a lawnmower tank in 5-6 bulb squeezes. Very handy to have on off road trips for when a rider runs out of . You can easily transfer from one UTV to another ATV, motorcycle or snowmobile. No need to find a cup and pull the fuel lines.
