TP-Link Archer TX50E AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Bluetooth 5.2 PCIe Adapter for PC with Heat Sink, MU-MIMO, Ultra-Low Latency, Supports Windows 10(64bit) Only

So, I bought the TX50E AX3000. One surprise I had was the fact Bluetooth connectivity is accomplished via a cable between the TX50E PCI card and a spare USB header on the motherboard! I had assumed all communication would take place directly via the PCI slot. Make sure you have a spare header if Bluetooth connectivity is important to you - I only had one spare. (Do not confuse an internal USB header with an external USB socket either - they're not the same!). So I installed it, powered on, and it wasn't recognised automatically by Windows. I installed the WiFi drivers first (directly from the website mentioned in the small print of the instructions) because I don't have a CD-ROM drive, so couldn't use their included CD. As soon as the WiFi driver was installed I was able to easily connect to my home WiFi. I then repeated the same process for the Bluetooth drivers and then Windows recognised it had Bluetooth capability - so far, so good. So everything was working perfectly and I was very happy. I had a nosy around in the settings. Then a few hours later, I couldn't get WiFi to connect. It would just timeout when verifying the connection, every time. I scratched my head for around half hour. I had another nosy in the settings and saw that I had checked "Use random hardware addresses" when logging on to WiFi networks. This is an option in the Windows WiFi settings, and I thought it sounded like a good idea. Turns out that, for some unknown reason, this isn't compatible with my system or the TalkTalk router we have here. The moment I switched that setting off, my connection issue resolved. The router isn't configured to limit connections to certain MAC addresses, so a connection from a randomised address *should* work. It's weird that it doesn't. So take that as a heads up: if you turn that feature on, and experience connection issues on new connections, turn it back off again! :) Overall I'm really happy with the purchase in terms of reliability (no connection dropouts), ping time, download speeds etc.

This wifi card was recommended to me by a friend as he had issues using cheap wifi cards in the past. His recommendation did not disappoint, arrived next day after ordering (prime) and installed within 10 mins! I downloaded the drivers off the website specified in the instruction manual and connected no problem. Strong signal strength with fast speeds. Now I don't have to have a long Ethernet cable trailing through the house! I didn't use the Bluetooth cable that came with it for 2 reasons. 1) I don't require Bluetooth 2) My motherboard USB terminals were already in use. But just for WI-FI purposes, I would highly recommend this card!

This is not a plug-and-play installation guys, you needed to download drivers to make it work. but once you download the driver it works perfectly. in my PC gaming system, I have 5 BTs connected to it from the mouse, keyboard, headset, speaker, and my phone, and all with excellent response every time no blind corners and the range is fantastic WIFI and BT wise. great for newbies and enthusiast gamers highly recommended.

Easy to install, set up and use. More reliable than the usb dongle I was using before and haven't incountered any issues post installation. Had to reduce by one star due to the supplied drivers not working. After reading the first forum on the issue, I think it was a generic intel driver I ended up downloading and installing .

When paired with Netgear Orbi wifi 6 mesh network I get nearly 900mbps Internet speed tests and a very stable connection overall. Latency is comparable to an ethernet connection. The Bluetooth is strong and, with 3rd party software, supports LDAC codec for high bit rate streaming of HQ audio to my headphones (Sony XM5s + Tidal) . I did experience one glitch and that is my everytime I turn the PC my pixel bud headphones disconnect from my phone. Perhaps the Bluetooth signal is so strong it causes interference? Once I reconnect it's fine though and I don't experience that issue with my other headphones.

I haven't found any issues with this, my Wifi Router is downstairs, and I've never lost connection. The Bluetooth is the same I can still hear sound perfectly on the other side of the house. It was really easy to install it just plugged straight in. My connection speed pretty much doubled but as I only have a wifi 5 hub I haven't been able to test the useability with wifi 6 however I imagine it would be even better

This has been difficult to get working as conflicts with other systems. A re install of the operating system (Windows 11) sorted out the problems. The drivers from the manufacturers website did not work and Windows installed it's own. Bluetooth not working.

Stealthy looking and sleek, have this installed above my gpu. Handles heat well and performs great after nearly a year of use. Signal is as you would expect with most wifi adapters however you can configure the anteneas for better signal The card supports high bandwidth, however it won't speed up your wifi speed if your router bandwidth is lower than your current wifi adapters bandwidth - A misconception that alot of people believe.

great value i like the design and it works fine

Got this for my desktop, can now make full use of Wi-Fi 6! Working very well. My motherboard just doesn't have a port to plug in the Bluetooth connector.
