Touch the blood drop to the FRONT EDGE OF THE YELLOW WINDOW of performa testing strips. Be careful not to touch the testing stips in any other way, such as from the top or from the side of the strip. Understanding your test results (fasting glucose level) Results of less than 5.6mmol/L…….. Non-ic adult Results 5.6-6.9mmol/L …….... Impaired fasting glucose (preics) Results of 7.0mmmol/L or more possible diagnosis of es confirmed in two tests If your result is 7mmol/L or more on two different tests It is very advisable to see your doctor for confirmation
