Comes with 2 height adjusting blocks that can be replacement pieces for the system or used to increased the height of the step.
Blocks and step have skid preventing bases to stop the system from moving during use.
Two extra blocks that can be added to the platform step system (sold separately) for lower body strengthening and endurance exercises.
Non-latex material, step system has a weight capacity of up to 300 pounds.
