Will this fit on a 2019 Mustang GT?

I have a 2000 Mustang GT with stock height. I had to lower the PSI to 15lbs to get it to slide into wheel hub as the forward corners of the fenders were rubbing. Once I tightened the lug nuts and lowered Stang, it fit perfectly. Newer Stangs have bigger wheel wells, so it should fit perfectly. Hope this helps.

will this tire hold 650 hp?

You have this listed as a radial tire but i believe the hoosier 18157d06 is a bias ply tire. please confirm as mixing bias and radials is dangerous.

The tire is a bias ply. That being said, I run a radial skinny upfront and roll race with mine on the rear. Feels fine to me.
