What usb power plug is required to charge in a wall power point

A wall plug which has a USB fitting on it will charge this item. I have a multi socket extension lead which has USB fittings on it and this is what I use.

Can you suppy internal battery for this device? My one stopped charging after 2 months of purchase.

I don’t know but I would return it if it’s only 2 months old

Why do the lights on the unit start to flash after being in use for a few minutes?

I would suggest either the battery is running out or you have been using it for too long. I think 15 minutes is longest

My fingers do not feel any heat even when on highest setting. Only the palm section heats up - is this correct?

Yes... just the palm but that heats up on mine too. Think that’s normal.
