The large is actually an extra large. I am replacing my KBETHOS that I had for years that fit perfectly (it was a large). I ordered a large and was sent an XL. I ordered again and received a large that is exactly the same size as the extra large. I give up. Will look for a different brand of cap.

I’ve been wearing this hat for years. I have even reordered the hat to have a couple to rotate through. Only issue I have is L so to large , and M is to small for my head. To get around this I threw the hats in the washer on hot, and the dried them. It shrunk it to just the right size for me! YMMV.

For the price, this is a really great cap! The cap is well made and I love the style. Unfortunately, my head size causes me lots of problems when I try to purchase "sized" hats. My head is just a hair bigger than large but not quite big enough to be considered extra large. This leaves me with a hat that is either a bit too tight or a bit too loose depending upon which size I go for. With this cap, I went with extra large and of course, it was a bit too loose. BUT! I threw this cap in the wash and then dried it in the dryer on regular and it shrunk just enough to fit. The cap is made from 100% cotton so I had hoped that it would shrink a little in the wash/dryer and it did. Not much though so don't go thinking that this thing is gonna shrink beyond your head size after a wash or two. I very much doubt that it will. But for the tiny bit that I needed it to shrink, it worked.

Love it, I use it for exercise outdoors and such, fits good looks good!

According to their own size chart, a small should be a perfect fit, so I ordered a small and it turned out to be WAY too small. Then I ordered a medium, and the medium was far too small. So I ordered a large, and it’s enormous, way too big for my head. And every one of them arrived crushed. I strongly advise against this product.

A very nice, well made cotton black cap. No motifs or advertising, comfortable to wear on the beach promenade. Very pleased with the cap and excellent value.

Want to purchase this again as quality is damm good with size large

Awesome except I have a huge head and I thought it would be tight. Usually an XL fits perfect or is a touch small. This one fits loose. (Also I am not bald)
