Then easily bake yourself some donuts with this FunCakes Mix for Delicious Donuts. FunCakes likes to make things easy for you so you can bake these donuts in the oven as well as in the fryer! Preparation: For the best result prepare in a fryer. Ingredients need to be at room temperature. Knead 500 g mix, 215 ml water and 65 ml (55 g) of vegetable oil with a mixer with dough hook during 5 minutes. Roll out the dough to a thickness of approx. 5 mm. Cut out the donuts and let rest for 25 minutes. Preheat the fryer to 180°C or the oven to 200°C (convection oven 180°C). Frying: Bake the donuts for approx. 90 sec per side until golden. Oven: Put the donut in the donut pan and bake the donuts for approx. 12 minutes until golden. Coat the donuts with melted butter and decorate as desired.
