Works well... gud buy.
Its nice n worķs well..i use it as a pre workout and intra workout..gives strength to workout for longer and doesnt let u get thirsty so much .. and glutamine in this helps for recovery .. Only one small issue i had was dt one side seal tape was opened ..but silver pouch inside was as it is no not a big deal and after using it for few days i realised that it can increase heartbeat and beta alaine content in this can cause irrregular urinary problems

The product is definitely not for serious gym goers. I used it for a few days straight as a pre and intra workout supplement. It leaves me totally energyless, dehydrated and lethargic after an intense workout, which is quite the opposite as it claims. Also pls donot write a reiview for few bucks in favour of this product. Be honest..
