They created CARDIOLATES to address the need for Pilates practitioners to engage in more cardiovascular activity without derailing the benefits that Pilates exercises provide. Kimberly and Katherine Corp have been practicing Pilates and rebounding for over 10 years and have been certified Pilates instructors for over 7 years, and they also hold Personal Training certification from the American Council on Exercise (ACE) and the National Academy of Sports Medicine (NASM).
