Both my wife and I take one soft gel capsule daily. Although it's very hard for an average consumer to determine exactly what effect omega-3 oil has on one's well-being - mixed with prescription medicine and other supplements - we trust the many recommendations that tout its value. We both find the capsules easily digestible, with zero fishy taste, and neither of us has even experienced any digestive upset. I like that the Design for Health product claims "superior bioavailability" and that fact that the capsules are "purity filtered for purity and tested for pesticides, solvents, PCBs and other contaminants" is a major plus. We have found that product keeps best refrigerated, especially if you order a large quantity that is not used within a short period of time. My one complaint is ease of opening. I understand and accept the need for safety sealing. However many other products have a tab or clear plastic lip allowing one to pull up the inside seal. The Design for Health bottles do not and I need to cut the seals with a knife. At that, the seals do *not* peal off the bottle and sometimes can leave a sharp edge.

I've taken this product for a few months and really feel it's helped me. Especially with sleep. First time ordering on Amazon though. My first bottle I got from my doctor. So we'll see if it's the same. This bottle is plastic my first was glass. Hope it doesn't make a difference.

My doctor recommended this specific brand. I had been using krill oil, but doc said that might be the reason for my getting bruised so easily... so I switched, and I gotta say: much less bruising! No fishy burps either. My doctor actually sells this too, but much less expensive here :-)

I ordered this product and it came all stuck and considering that it's really expensive over $80 that there's no return or refund all the pills came all stuck and smashed inside will not be buying this product anymore again.
