Great battery life, good condition great value for money, amazing screen quality fast charging would recommend this phone

Very pleased with this phone . Battery 94 % and phone in excellent condition , no scratches nor marks and functions perfectly ! I didn’t expect this from second hand . I definitely recommend it !

If I could give -1 I will, it said I has 1 years warranty but don't waste your time on it, it just a saying. After months of using it, it stop receiving calls and when I request for a refund since the warranty has not end, the seller refund to, refund the money saying it working. Not to forget when I sent the phone, I waited week and I have to call amazon fir them to contact the seller for me to know they indeed received the phone but did not email me to tell me that they received the phone, instead they insisting for me to take it back and if that was not enough Amazon told me there is not they can do to help me get my money back. It either I take back the faulty phone or I leave. I a very disappointed, I shop on Amazon once or twice a month if not more. Buy it ok I guest they need the money more then me, so go ahead and keep. For all I know this is my last purchase on amazon, I will delete the app permanently on my phone since as a customer you clearly told me there is not you can do and if I get into a situation like this in the future, I will not get help then what's the point of shopping with amazon.

Was a little apprehensive buying renewed phone but no problems whatsoever. The phone delivered was in great condition, easy to set up, packaged well and arrived before delivery date. Would 100% recommend.

Chose the good option for this renewed phone, it was in great condition I couldn’t find a thing wrong with it. Phone in great condition looks as good as new but battery is shocking, fully charged but left unused battery drops 40% in 24 hours. Need to have battery replaced.

my iPhone 11 64 (bought in 2019 or something) start having issues with touch screen so I decided to replace it with refurbished 128gb (I'm pwm sensitive, so new OLED phones are not a option) quality of reburfished phone was stated as "excellent", but it is far from it: cons: - bottom of the phone was dirty - there is some dirt in lighting socket, it is working a bit worse then my old phone - top speaker is way quieter than on my old phone; so when you are watching YouTube in landscape orientation it is quite noticeable - battery health is 86% (far from excellent) and it holds charge worse (-20% maybe) than my old phone with 73%! - package is missing lighting cable pros: - body / screen has no scratches, fits together well - screen seems to be original, or quite close to it (no difference from older phone) - no issues with performance / touch and I'm happy with that - package box is in a good condition, there is charger brick but no cable

Una auténtica porqueria, no dura nada la batería, se cuelga cada dos por tres, la entrada del cargador duró 5 meses, solo lo puedo cargar inalámbricamente, y para arreglarlo me dan 20 días. Que hago sin móvil 20 días?. Pagaré para arreglarlo que tardan 30 minutos como mucho. Y la batería, con carga lenta , se descarga en medio día. Una estafa, al final no te ahorras dinero.

In generale tutto bene e siamo soddisfatti. Unico neo: qualche intoppo nel passare dal vecchio iPhone X a questo 11. Rispetto al solito passaggio fluido e semplice della Apple abbiamo dovuto impiegare più tempo e sforzi, tanto che ad un certo punto pensavamo di no riuscirci e di dover fare il reso o la sostituzione. Adesso abbiamo risolto e va tutto bene.
