Are these better quality than the regular ones becuase these are cheaper than the regular because these are to draw anime/manga right?

Not exactly. These work as well as the sketch copics (regular copics) but it's a slimmer version of the sketch ones. The CIAO ones are also refillable. And they are made to draw whatever you want.

what are the names of the colors in this set, please? (thank you)

The number on the darkest one of mine has been scratched off (my fault, whoops), but the other 5 (in order from the packaging) are E000, E00, E11, E15, and E93.

Do you have to use copic markers on special paper?

They will work on any paper but some kinds of papers will allow them to blend better. Some will suck up too much ink. Smooth and medium-thick works well. Marker paper is the best (I prefer Bee brand) and watercolor paper is the worst.
