Fresh flavor
This is the perfect sencha. Great flavor and arrives fresh. Not too grassy with great green tea notes

A bit weak
Run out regular my fukamushi from Japan direct. So I got this chaganju tea, strange name. This tea is a bit weaker than my regular, so I need to use ~20% more. This is good tea, but not top class.

Green teaGreen too come on
The quality of the green tea is great, the color and the size of the bag, for its money is outstanding

Great tea
Really good green tea for the price. The leaves unfold nicely in the tea strainer and there is a nice, really "earthy" flavor to the tea.

Not Fukamushi?
I’m not sure of the quality of the tea. When I opened the package, I noticed these beautiful green leaves and for sure thought the tea is going to be good, but no. I brewed it as directed and it turned out gold in color. Fukamushi is supposed to be green in color. The taste was much like regular sencha and not fukamushi. Maybe I just got an old batch.

Fresh
This is the best sencha I have found in the USA so far. Fresh sencha smell and sweet grassy taste

Fukamushi green tea
It is suggested in Japan that Fukamushi; deep or slow steamed green tea has less pesticide. Organic, Fukamushi would be much better.
