what did you do about the rim falling off?

Lay the goal down on it’s back with the rim facing up (we did this before we put the base on). Step (with your foot) gently, but firmly on the inside of the rim until you hear it click in place.

We received a hoop without a net. Has this happened to anyone else? Did amazon send you a new net?

Mine came with a net. I'd send it back and get a new one

We have had one for 15 years outside by the pool and finally bought a new one as this one finally looked bad and showing the wear from 5 grandkids and their respective parents.
