Not large enough
The description claimed a MacBook would fit , but when I put mine in, it would zip. Also, the strapping system is very flimsy and if there is any weight at all in the bag it doesn’t sit right as a backpack or a crossbody.

No response from customer service.
The actual product seems like it is great. However it is not what I am looking for in regards to my travel needs. My low rating is strictly based on customer service. There has been no response to any contact I make with the seller.
