Works.
I have used this brand for years and the mosaic I've made and left outdoors is still holding fast after 5 years now.

Good subsitute for epoxy
My instructor suggested using mortar or two part epoxy. Epoxy is such a pain to use that I decided to try this instead. So far I have found it works very well. I am not sure about outdoor use but suspect that so long as you finish with a good grout it would probably hold. I guess I am going to find out....

On the shelf too long
The bottle comes with a funnel shaped spout, so I just assume it is meant to be squeezed and to be fluid enough to come out of the spout. The bottle is pretty stout, so I wasn't able to squeeze it at all, so finally had to unscrew the spouted cap from the bottle. The material within was stiff enough to support the stick I used to scrape it out upright in the bottle. The consistency of the material was thick and sticky and elastic and difficult to apply with any precision as it stuck to the flat applicator I used. The list of materials it recommended use with included metal, but the lightweight metal house numbers did not stay stuck to the metal door. Reading other reviews at a different arts vendor indicate this condition is apparently a common complaint. So I join the crowd and will stick with another glue. (Pun intended.)

Great glue
I used this glue to adhere course rocks to a pet water fountain. I was worried about this because I realized after the fact that this is water based, and the fountain does get wet sometimes. I am shocked that the water hasn't affected the adhesion. It's been a few months and it's holding up well.

Excellent Glue
This is an excellent glue. However, having to purchase 3 at a time is in no way helpful, because by the time I get to the 3rd bottle it has dried out and cannot be used. It is a huge waste of my money having to throw out 1 or sometimes 2 bottles because they dry out.

As a product I really like it, it is easy to work with and holds mosaics well. As for this particular shipment however, it appears that the bottle was returned and just placed on the shelf. The bottle was not full, as a matter of fat I used the entire bottle on an 8 1/2 x 11 piece. The top was crusty and matted as if someone had used it and did not clean off the top. I have reordered the product because it works best for me but I will check the container carefully before I start to work on my project.

Clumpy.
This is the THIRD purchase that i have made, and every time the glue does not flow enough to be able to be squeezed out of the nozzle! I end up having to take off the cap, scoop it out with a palette knife, then break up all the chunky glue before i can use it. Either this stuff is really old, or someone is not making it correctly. My bet is that it’s really old. Please give us what we’re paying for… you charge enough for it.
