Is the sherpa lining throughout the entire robe? Does it run true to size such as a 42 size suit jacket would be a Large robe?

Hi, thanks for question. Yes the navy Sherpa lining is throughout the entire robe. I would say the sizing is fairly true to size, the large is for chest sizes 40 - 42 inches. The XL is for 44 - 46 inches so perhaps too big if you normally wear a 42. Thanks!

My husband is a small. Is a medium going to be too big or do they run small?

My size is L I'm using XL which is comfortable for me. I think M will do good.

I see the robe is a cotton exterior with a sherpa lining. What is the fabric content of the cotton & sherpa?

Hi, thanks for your question. The inside fabric is sherpa fleece - 100% polyester. The exterior layer (the check fabric) is 100% cotton.

is the inside fully lined with sherpa? or is the sherpa just used as trim on the shawl collar and cuffs?

Hi, thanks for your question. It's fully lined with navy Sherpa fleece.
