I've been using these pot holders for about two years now, and they've held up much better than I expected. I actually use them more as trivets than traditional pot holders. Whenever I heat up food in the microwave, I set the hot bowls and plates on these at the dining table to protect the surface. They've been part of my daily routine, and they've handled the heat without any issues. The silicone provides good grip, so dishes don't slide around easily, and the ribbed texture helps keep everything stable. They're also soft enough that they're easy to move around and store when not in use. One thing I've been impressed with is the durability. Even after a couple years of regular use, they still look good and haven't cracked, warped, or started falling apart. They wipe clean easily too, which is nice since they're constantly coming into contact with food dishes. The size works well for most plates, bowls, and smaller cookware, though they may be a little small for extra-large baking dishes. Overall, these have been a simple but useful kitchen accessory that's held up extremely well over time. Wonderful Kitchenaid Oven Hot Pads! I love the feel and performance of these hot pads! They work great because they are the perfect size and thickness to grab the hot dishes and pans without any problems. No bulkiness or any kind of awkward use with these hot pads. I am a baker. I bake many types of bread and rolls and pizza dough, etc, and need lots of pot holders so I don’t fry my counters…or my hands. This set of KitchenAid ribbed silicone pot holders is awesome. It is super high quality, can withstand up to any of my hot pans sitting on it right out of the oven, and I love love love the color. RED!!!! The size is perfect for any pan or pot I will use these pot holders under, and they are nice and thick. Keeps my hands and fingers from getting burned, which is so easy to do in the kitchen around ovens. Well made pot holders!!! So I am super happy with these silicone pot holders, and they are a great value for the money spent. Plus, they are easy to clean. I have quite a few KitchenAid items in my kitchen, and I trust their quality.

These silicone potholders are exquisitely crafted and perform excellently in daily use. I’m really fond of their silicone material thanks to its reliable anti-slip property. Designed with a hand pocket, they let you slip your hands inside easily, allowing you to hold pot grips just like using regular heat-resistant gloves. Their dimensions are perfectly fitted for most cookware, neither too big nor too small. Overall, I’m totally satisfied with this pair of potholders and won’t hesitate to repurchase them once I need new ones. What’s more, they come at a really reasonable price that matches their quality perfectly.

These are nice and soft, so makes it easier to grab hot pans and stuff. I don’t feel any heat come through.I got some KitchenAid ones from Costco and they’re way too stiff and uncomfortable. These are much better. I will say thought that it’s slightly difficult to move your hands and the potholder if your pan is very close to the top of the oven. You might touch the heating coils if you’re not careful. I got the milkshake color and it’s the perfect neutral light beige. I took off a star because I’ve only used it a handful of times and part of the silicone wore away (on the KitchenAid logo in the pic).

I love the quality material of these oven mitts. They are easy to use and clean! They are thick enough to protect from heat, but not so thick that they are hard to use. The material is super soft and pliable but made really well. Perfect for my needs!

Nice oversized oven mitts. Have a divide ‘line’ for separating fingers. Nice silicone on the one side with rib lines, and material on the other. Easy to use, and kept my hands from feeling any heat. The Passion Red is a nice true deep red. Well made. 10 of 10 rating

I wore out some KitchenAid oval pot holders, basically the same as these but a little more rounded. Took years of nightly use to do it, and I think I paid less here than the ones I bought locally 6 or 8 years ago. I first tried to replace them with some nice looking ones from one of those companies, you know them, pop up every 6 days with names that look like you just mashed your knuckles on the keyboard. Anyway, I got the fhqwhgads ones and they're... small. Just a little too dainty, a little thinner. Like taking that extra square inch saves them a tiny fraction of a remnibi, so they make it just enough smaller that it doesn't quite fit your hands, doesn't quite cover everything when you're reaching into the oven. Yeah, they don't cost less than these. Not appreciably so. But somehow they're just not useful like these, slightly larger, slightly better made, name brand holders. Don't get me wrong, I can probably find uses for the fhqwhgads brand ones. I throw the flat pot holders on the coutner to protect it from the hot casserole I pull out using these Kitchenaid pot holders. And I guess I could use the tiny oven mitt in an easy back oven while playing tea party with dolls, if I was an 8 year old girl (though I'm almost certain I'm not). But they're false economy. Save literally a dollar to buy something you're going to replace with these anyway. There's nothing special here. Inexpensive, well made, they stand up to my ridiculously hot cast iron when I pull it out after baking bread. Not perfect, but nothing is. They work and I should have replaced my worn out ones with these the first go around.

These two KitchenAid pot holders are sufficiently thick to protect a user from a burn while handling a hot pan or pot. The substantial silicone ribbing on the contact surface is more than adequate to protect the user while the pocket for the users hands is adequate and comfortable. All in all, a very nicely designed, thoroughly useful, even mandatory kitchen accessory.
