My remote has stopped pairing - I’ve reset it and charged it a few times. Is there a way to get a replacement remote only?

You would have to contact whoever you purchased it from for technical advice sorry!

When will the 1.65m be restocked?

Thanks for your support. The 1.65m selfie tripod will be in stock within 1-2 weeks.

Does this tripod have fixed height positions? How many?

It has several height positions, as it concertinas up and down. At its tallest, it is probably about 5ft, and it's lowest 1ft, but I have used it fully extended on a table or chair and then angled the camera downwards; it is a rather versatile item - very pleased with it.
