I used to get uti's constantly. This was back in the day when you needed a prescription. Hallelujah! Not only is it otc now, but it comes in generic brands, just as effective and saves so much money!

Works for pain
I purchased this urinary pain relief medication because I had a bladder sling procedure a couple of years ago, and I occasionally deal with bladder discomfort. In the past, this has helped ease my bladder pain. I recently had a kidney stone and currently have a stent in place for 8 days, which has been very uncomfortable and painful. My doctor recommended using this medication to help manage the discomfort from the stent. I’m currently on day 3 of using it, and I haven’t noticed much relief yet, but I’m hoping it starts working soon. Overall, I’ve had good experiences with this product before and am hopeful it will help with my current situation.

One very important heads up — and I can’t stress this enough — it will stain your underwear and clothing orange, so plan accordingly! That’s just the nature of phenazopyridine, not a flaw in the product. Works as well as the name brand at a fraction of the cost. Highly recommend keeping this on hand!
