Do i have to use inserts?

Nope totally optional, but they do come with them. I use the inserts for my dry toppings, coconut flakes, almond slices etc.

Making parfait for Christmas, is the flat or dome design better?

The dome design is great for adding toppings like whipped cream. If you’re just adding granola or chocolate chips the flat is fine. I prefer the dome because of the presentation it gives!

No fruit or yogurt. Just clear cups to make a parfait.
