Katbite 15"x210' Parchment Paper Roll

This parchment paper roll is a great value for the price. The 15-inch width and extra-long length lasted me about a full year with regular use, which really impressed me. I use it mainly for baking, but it’s also perfect for anything where I don’t want food sticking—like roasting or lining trays. It’s reliable, easy to work with, and holds up well in the oven. Definitely a solid staple to keep in the kitchen.

Great unbleached parchment paper - fantastic price, and the box it comes in and the metal cutting strip actually hold up extremely well - unlike many other brands I've had in the past!!

I've been buying this for a few years. Just now doing a review. This is good quality paper. Much thicker than the stuff you buy at the store. Better protection for your pans in the oven. Doesn't fall apart when you peel it off the bottom of a cake. Great when when making a cheesecake. Also for roasting veg in the oven. When roasting a chicken or other meat, I put it between the pan and the roasting rack and trim the excess paper. I wrap potatoes in it before wrapping in foil too, it keeps them moister inside.

Excellent parchment paper. Nothing sticks, it handles heat beautifully, and it makes me feel far more qualified in the kitchen than I actually am. My only complaint is the metal tear strip being attached to the lid of the box. Every time I pull a sheet, the top starts flapping around like a stressed out soufflé. Still works great but the design choice feels a little half baked.

This unbleached parchment paper is fantastic for all of my baking and cooking. i love the box and cutter that comes with it. It is so much easier to use and effective at cutting cleanly than any other types I have tried. It is also an excellent value. I have this as one of my subscribe and save items so I never run out. I use it virtually every day for one cooking/baking item!

Great price. I love the parchment paper. It works perfect for my baked sweet potatoes. It keeps the pan clean. I wrap the cut up sweet potatoes in the parchment paper and place them on the pan that is covered in parchment paper. Place the pan in the oven and bake them. My pan is clean. My sweet potatoes are moist. It is great. Less work for me. I do not have to clean the pan!
