I purchased this scrotal support for post Orchiectomy recovery (Testicular Cancer). It has worked great, and I find it very comfortable. The fabric is high quality, soft and the strap stays in place. When purchasing for post operative support, be advised that the inguinal incision most likely will be located under the side strap and it may cause minor discomfort. I used a light gauze in the area to relieve the direct pressure on the incision. Another consideration is size. After the removal of a testicle there will be some inflammation that will gradually decrease. For proper support, if you used to be "baseball size" a smaller size may give better support. Take your time to do the research and selection, once the package is opened it cannot be returned due to sanitary concerns. I normally don't leave product reviews, but this one deserves some kudos. I hope other patients can benefit from my review, best of luck with your recovery.

If you are making a purchase of this product, the label on the waist band, and the outer packaging do NOT match the size of the actual pouch. There is an S indicator on the section stitched to the pouch. The product was ordered for "grapefruit" sizing, these might be good for golf balls!!! Very disappointed as these just cost over $40.00+ that are unreturnable!!!

I gave this product 4 stars because there's not much material to it, so it does seem excessively priced. Wearing it under my underwear, I can now sit and walk around without experiencing pain. The belts only worked until my hernia moved down and turned into a scrotal hernia. I read the Sizes in the description, went with the Softball size and it seems to be accurate. I recommend this to any man with a scrotal hernia.

First day wearing this scrotal support "hammock" if you will. Long story short, I recently had a vasectomy with small complications shortly after which has led to a longer then wanted "recovery" process. After doing some diving into an item that could hopefully help support the boys as I continued on with life ( I have a 1 year old, and could only rest for a few days after my trip to the butcher shop) I came across this. Over the last few weeks I have tried several brands of jock straps, briefs, boxer briefs and none of which provided me with the support I guess my boys downtown needed. Everything was scrunched up causing horrible end of day soreness. The Tonus allows the driveshaft if you will to hang freely, avoiding the uncomfortable compression down on the boys downtown when wearing briefs, jocks or boxer briefs. Honestly after day 1 im impressed, and think hopefully this item will allow me to get back 100% to myself post vasectomy. Even after day 1, I HIGHLY recommend this item for someone who is struggling with post vasectomy soreness and has tried numerous other undergarments. There's a adjustable strap that allows for adjustment, and honestly once I found the right amount "dangle", my ongoing soreness that would ache every few minutes started to subside. Definitely recommend

Works OK but it's still not perfect. Support takes a bit getting used to but does work pretty well. Mine were pretty large so this thing did quite help out a bit. Your package just tucks into the pouch on this thing so you'll need to adjust pretty often. Sorta comfortable but still find myself adjusting myself quite a bit.

OK, so I know this is technically advertise for hernias. However, since I’ve hit my 40s and grandpa never tells you this, but yes fellow the boys do tend to get heavy and drop more and more each year. We always hear the ladies talking about the girls grouping and dropping and heading south but yes, our boys do too. For me the biggest issue is I feel like I need them to be supported and away from my thighs so they don’t get overheated and sweaty and disgusting. So yes, I guess what I’m describing as some sort of bra for the boys. Keeps them supported better than my underwear pouches. Definitely much better than a pair of boxers. And keeping everything in place keeps them cooler and fresher for your comfort and pleasure. For me, summer is no longer a nightmare that it used to be. Sorry for the graphic honesty, but just wanted to share.

Like most folks I got this after surgery for better support. Jockstraps push down, ball hammock underwear that cradles underneath is good, but the best support was this item. The waist band adjusts on the left side with a bit of extra fabric to pad the plastic. The pouch is stretchy, soft, and tight mesh. Above it is an elastic band. The pouch itself (I got the small) isn’t the support, it’s the area behind it that slips under your sack that gives the support. That’s a more rigid, but comfortable strip of fabric that doesn’t stretch. Seems like the theory behind under-wire bras, and the support and lack of pain while healing is excellent. It only feels tight when the waist band is not level; I had a tendency to hike it up which is totally unnecessary. The plastic clasp has been solid for me, I don’t change the size once fitted and am not wearing much over it as I’m home recuperating. Yeah, it costs a bit more than a jock, but the lift up at the right spot makes it worth it to me.
