You’ll often find them swimming in a delicious broth of Udon soup. They can also be used as stir-fry noodles or served cold with a y dip like miso sauce. However you want to use them, Udon noodles made from whole wheat flour are very satisfying, and in moderation, they provide a y dose of carbohydrates and fibre as well as several ents to benefit your . Cooking Direction: For Stir-fry: 1. Add generous a of oil in a skillet or a work, put 1 package of Udon noodle and stir-fry for 1 minute. 2. Add your favourite meat, vegetables and sauce. Cook for few more minutes. For Soup: 1. Add noodle to your favourite soup stock and bring it to a boil. 2. Cook for 3 more minutes, add cooked meat and vegetable to taste. Enjoy.
