Not the same as in the store.
This isn’t the same quality as what you find in the store. The smell is cheap and almost like it’s eau de toilette and not perfume. The bottle is almost not the same quality as the original in the store.

Zesty Lemony Scent
I recently purchased this Banana Republic Aqua" purfume, and it wasn't what expected, but I do like it. The notes say there is a woody cedar guaiac wood/ palo santo scented base/ after note; with sage, orange blossom and lavender in middle notes, with the very top scents you immediately smell are marine, grapefruit and pink pepper. And all I smell all the way through is a citrus lemon and the marine scent. Not even in the end after it's on awhile do I smell any of the other notes. Also, this can't be a perfume, because it wears down in minutes. But, I will say, it has a very refreshing scent, I do like lemon. I think this is a good after bath spray, but it's definitely not lasting.

Banana Republic Aqua unisex EDT
Based on the scent - I’d give 5 stars - but overall I give it 3 stars. 3 because it’s a decent amount of fragrance, it ships quickly and I’m In love with the scent. Fantastic scent. Same DNA as BR Classic but with blue notes added in. If someone catches me within 15 mins (tops) of me applying this - I get compliments! It’s a real crowd pleaser and is truly unisex. It leans *slightly* more feminine on a female and *slightly* more masculine on a male but that’s just biology. It’s undoubtedly UNISEX. It’s clean, aquatic, fresh - not overpowering - it’s wonderful. EXCEPT for longevity. Much like the Classic -it’s gone soon after it dries. Not even a skin scent - it’s GONE. No, I’m not noseblind - I very rarely wear it. It simply has no staying power. That’s not worth $27 to me. I can’t reapply every few mins. Such a shame. I love the scent.
